Complete scam. Was charged $8 for the product that I never received, then they tried to charge my card $60 a couple weeks later. Thankfully my bank flagged it as fraud, but I’ve heard other stories very similar to mine. DO NOT BUY!!!!

Ordered 1 product April 19th 2025 for 13.99, never received. My card was then charged 39.99 on April 29th, I declined that purchase because I did not make it and I did not sign up for any subscriptions. My card was cancelled and I was reissued a new card.. fast forward to yesterday 5/18 my new card was charged.. 39.99.. how? And why? Any tips on how to deal with this company? I'm honestly nervous to interact with them at all considering they somehow have card information I never gave them.

I ordered in March, it is now over 2 months later and I still haven’t received anything, emailed them and apparently “shipping is not in our control”. They also charged me an extra $30 for a subscription that I never signed up to, they kept telling me I had signed up for this when I checked out which I absolutely hadn’t. It took weeks of arguing for them to finally refund this. This is an absolute scam of a company and a complete waste of time, do NOT order from them. Items won’t arrive and they’ll steal your money after you make one purchase

Still haven’t received item, paid £14.13 then got charged £45.31 contacted my bank they said to contact them first of not they will try and get me a full refund, can’t call as it doesn’t ring, sent few emails haven’t heard anything

Never received the product, invoice states $18. Credit card charged for $59. No reply to emails. Total scam!

100% scammers... I ordered once, got the one order that was $18. THEN my account was charged twice $30 for product I didn't order and didn't receive. Mind you I NEVER signed up for an ongoing subscription. These people need to put shut down, the product isn't even good in the first place

I placed an order from this company on 4/10 and have not received anything yet so i emailed them. They responded to me that they could not find an order from me with the order number that i sent. I screenshot the email i received when i placed the order with all the info they needed and they said they will follow up on it. Today, my credit card company sent me a text message stating that the HONEYPEEL is charging my card $39.99 and they wanted to check if this purchase was authorized by me but i declined since i have already made a purchase to them and order was not received.This company it is a Scam!!!

Where is my order??? Or my refund?? I’ll settle for either at this point. This experience is terrible for a first-time customer who probably won’t buy from you again if you don’t sort my order out!
EDIT - Update 11th April. Order still not received. I don’t actually want it anymore. Shocking business practices. I have requested a full refund and will update again if/when I receive my money.
