Delay delivery + Quality of Product
The main problem is the long delay between purchasing a product and receiving it — sometimes 3 to 4 weeks. You pay once for delivery, and if the product isn’t suitable, you have to pay again to return it. Then it takes another 3 to 4 weeks to get approval and receive your refund. It’s far too long. If you need to make an urgent purchase, I strongly recommend finding an alternative to Veepee.

Levi's 502 in wrong finish and colour
I bought 4 Levi's jeans pants (502, tapered) at less than half of the retail price. Two were supposed to be a light jeans blue colour and the other two a slightly darker jeans blue, according to the pictures on the website. From the pictures, they looked very much like the 502's I had bought before directly from the Levi's store, so it was easy to compare. While the darker coloured pants are OK, the lighter coloured ones are in fact a hideous stonewash colour, and not at all the vivid lighter jeans blue as shown on the website. All 4 pants are also stretch, which they were not supposed to be as it was not mentioned on the website. I will be sending them back.

The delivery went wrong
The delivery went wrong. Delivered at my neighbors and let them sign for receiving the package. The delivery guy did not even come to my door to even try to deliver.
On the other hand, de products are great!

In general satisfied with VeePee
I'm generally satisfied with my purchases from VeePee. The prices are often attractive and delivery is fast. My only comment is that you could pay more attention to the packaging. The boxes are often too large and sometimes not properly packed, causing items to slide around, sometimes resulting in damage (my shower gel recently leaked).

Nice sales. Sometimes gold prices, bout you alwaar have to check otter sellers. Shipment costs are sometimes extreme. Shipments take very long to arrive. Customerservice is not for the customers but online to brush you off. If you take all this for granted, there are nice things for good prices to find.

Disappointing return costs
I've had experience with several websites similar to Veepee. Here, I can find a different range of products, which I appreciate.
One thing I'm disappointed about is the shipping and return costs. If I've already paid shipping costs for an order (which can sometimes be quite high), it would be nice if I didn't have to pay return costs. This affects my spending on this website, which means I order from it less often.

Takes too long before the hoofd are received.
It always take long before the item you bought is shipped. And when it says “shipped within 72h” it gives you a false idea that you will receive the item. The most recent item I bought wa on 4-Jul-2025 from Atelier du Diamant. It said that it would be shipped within 72h. I hoofd I would have received it for the wedding of my daughter on 12Jul2025.
