Wenko Germany delivered me a brandnew rectangular shower rack with 2 baskets to put soap and such on and I was gladd 👍🏼 The previous one was rusty and bought at Obi Hungary, because I no longer had the receipt they did nothing with it, now the new one and slightly thinner material and chrome-plated is also rusty (but never used and was on the cupboard also quite affected by the rust) Too bad you can't post a photo of it
scam ! Never delivered but the status tells me online that it has been delivered. Watch out for this company !

I had a shower shelf that rusted very quickly within 6-9 months. After 21 months it looked very bad and I wanted to replace it. I assumed it was out of warranty but I let Wenko know anyway in case they could use the information to improve their manufacturing processes. Even though it was 21 months after I had purchased it, Wenko sent me a replacement. I wasn't expecting that at all. If the new one rusts as quickly then I'll be down-grading this review. But, for now, I think they deserve a 5-star review for having a long warranty on their product. Well done, Wenko. Hopefully, this was just a one-off defectively electroplated item and the replacement will be better. I notice that the replacement is made out of thicker steel and that the electroplating does inside look thicker.
