Hi,
Im sorry you feel this way however you don't have a problem with your part only that we did refund a surcharge which hadn't charged you. I apologised profusely on the phone to you, and I tried to explain that we hadn't included an extra £50 on your sale so there was nothing to refund to you. We have since corrected the listing and the prices so they have increased by £50 now which means there would be a refund to make. As you weren't charged this £50 there isn't a refund to make.
