Great service went in for steering rack replacement, found another problem, they sorted it no extra cost for labour just for the part, Audi Q5 is driving great again.

Western powersteering sorted us out with a steering rack at a great price, and no exchange, had the original rack repaired by another powersteering company and was more expensive and didnt fix the fault. will be using western power steering for all our rack needs in the futere

Called for a quote and the lady was very helpful. Ordered on their website which was ok but the promised delivery was a day late, not their fault but still a bit of a pain.
Rack fitted and seems ok so a happy customer!

The Steering rack is very well packaged and looks great.
However 10 working days for the rack to arrive is a long time to have a vehicle off the road.
If you can get the lead time down it would have been a 5 star rating.

The power steering column failed on my Mégane R26. The garage I left the car with were at a loss. None of their agents could help. I did my own research and Western Power Steering were the ONLY company that could supply a refurbished column that was coded to the car. Well impressed with their customer service, knowledge and turnaround time. The exchange works seamlessly with the item delivered in a robust packing crate for return of your column. I didn't want to fit a used one as that doesn't solve your problem and is a short-term solution at best. I would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend.

Once I had registered on line, ordering was easy, the parts arrived in a timely manner and the repair completed. The steering box arrived very well packaged in a strong plastic box...it even came with new return labels and two cable ties to lock the lid closed!!..which were in an envelope inside which made it very Easy to return,the box looks like it been refurbished to a hi standard so fingers crossed
