It wasn't an intuitive experience to redeem a redemption code from one of their video games for a digital soundtrack. It turns out the redemption SKU (or item number/listing in Wired Prod's internal inventory system) for the Soundtrack that is sold for money, is separate from the one that you can redeem with a code. Essentially, there's 2 versions of the same item (unless there are differences I couldn't easily identify). I couldn't use my code to checkout the retail item. Instead, I had to go to a completely separate area (I was directed after I contacted Customer Support) to find the correct "Reward" Soundtrack and use the code on that.

So there's a version of the soundtrack you can only pay money for, and a version of the soundtrack you can use codes for, and it's not intuitive or easy to navigate through that to 1. Figure out this is the system and 2. Be able to "purchase" the correct version using the code you have.

Also, the URLs that were printed on the redemption codes were incorrect, so Wired Production must have changed domains or URLs recently (and the web-redirectors didn't take you to the soundtrack, just the main page for wired production). This increased the inconvenience of the overall process.

It was pretty inconvenient for having to contact Customer Support in order to learn where the right place to go was; It was pretty inconvenient that the URLs on the printed reward slips were incorrect; It was pretty inconvenient that there are 2 different item listings for the same soundtrack; But my transaction was a success and I was able to finally redeem the soundtrack at the end.

3 stars overall for the experience in summary. Needs improvement, but I'm not dissuaded from trying again in the future and seeing how Wired Production makes improvements to the storefront as well as the redemption process of obtaining digital bonuses for their games. Will keep my eyes open in the future and hopefully improvements are made that I can leave a better review next time :)

The sight does not work for the downloads of bonus content of Deliver us the Moon PS4 game I bought. I contacted support and they said last weekend they were down. Will be up Monday. I was AMAZED by how quick I received a response from support. (Moved from 1 star to 3 for that!)

But alas, Monday it did not work still. And another week later, and I still can't get my bonus content.

I hope things get better soon. Enjoying the game...exactly my type of game. Would be great to see a sequel of similar, spacesuit, float around game like this (or Observation) with next gen graphics - PS5.

Although I had some trouble downloading my purchase, Wired Productions support staff was very quick to respond to my request for help and the problem was resolved swiftly. Thank you!

I was able to purchase a brand new copy of Shaq fu and there was a download code inside still worked even this late.

Evertime I go to use my promotion code to apply to my purchase from a new title I get code is invalid..not redeemed but invalid. Means you did not activate it or your website is broken.
