I have been a fan of wrestling since i was a kid and never ordered my own merch... WWE Shop first time getting merch and by my experience this place is ran by Indians and has terrible customer service. I have worked in 7yrs of customer service myself so I know i can do a lot better. Ordered shirts that didn't end up fitting 3 shirts said medium but didnt fit as a medium, one of them had a hole in it... after this return i wont be buying again.... said "I need to ship items back first before i can be refunded." also the quality isnt what it seems only 4 out of 10 shirts i ordered were good...

Received garbage particles board clock, expected it to have some kind of casing or at least plastic over the face like every other clock that you buy for $10 anywhere. Arrived broken and not working at all and no return since it had a name printed on it. Great product for $45 wwe, way to let down any of your customer base.

It’s a real disgrace that my order has been rejected

After placing an order I read the reviews of the company! I was expecting to be scammed as I didn’t get a confirmation email of my order. Please ignore these reviews! I got exactly what I ordered in a couple of days. These reviews are old, when the company was taken over by new management! Teething problems at this time would be expected. Honestly! The quality of the title belt I ordered is mint! Came with a velvet zip sleeve to store it in which was not in the description, my son is so happy and so am I!

I ordered a wwe table ladder and chair ornament but the table came with the legs snapped off and ruined it was terrible

ordered an item. Took about a month. A month?? Really. Ok I can't wait. Waited. And it's the wrong item. Wwe shop is not good. The customer service reviews are 100% warranted

Still waiting nearly 3 weeks on for an item I ordered, I have emailed twice and had no reply, the website has nowhere to go to when your order hasn't come, the delivery date changed twice and now there's no delivery date at all, still stuck in processing, looks like they don't reply to people's reviews snd concerns on here either which speaks volumes Order Number:193-5787-5871my order number if you will care to sort it

WWE Euroshop is a Scam
Took the money from my account, didn't send the items I paid for, after being ignored for weeks they claimed I didn't order anything, after proof of Purchase was sent they said I would get a refund
Didn't process it
Then was told to wait to hear back
Nothing
And they just keep mentioning past orders form ages ago, blaming neighbours and postal workers & anything they can to keep the money

Ordered the new yellow LA Knight shirt. Waited weeks for it to get dispatched and arrive as it was a pre order item. Finally arrived and the print at front of shirt is fairly small! Not like it is on TV or website. Ordered the black one from the US site and print is bigger.

Pre-ordered a Kevin Owens hoodie. Waited ages and eventually a package turns up, but it's just a random Booker T t-shirt that isn't even the same size as the hoodie.i ordered. Took them literally weeks to respond to the complaint; they apologise and will ship the hoodie - doubtful since it's now showing sold out on the website. Package arrived - it's a Judgement Day t-shirt this time, at least it's the same size as the hoodie ordered, but it's obviously not what I want. Complain again. Sorry, it's out of stock now, you can have a refund, minus the cost of the 2 t-shirts you didn't order and don't want. No, I want a full refund. They agree but nothing happens. Send a query, it takes weeks, literally weeks before I get a response. They didn't process the refund because they were waiting to receive the 2 shirts they sent me, even though they didn't instruct me to return them. Of course I would have sent them immediately had they bothered to ask for them - I don't want them and one of them doesn't even fit. Complain again. It took weeks for them to get back to me. A long back and forth took place, and in the end it took nearly 6 months to get my money back off these scammers, and that only happened when I sent them screenshots of the laws they had broken and threatened to take them to court.
They are beyond incompetent, and they don't care at all. They just want your money and they will try their hardest to fob you off when you try and get it back. Do not give these people a single penny because they're completely untrustworthy

I ordered Roman Reigns 1000 day champion t shirt and 2x WWE cups.

What I received? Here it goes:
1 cup
1 broken handle cup (judging by the dents it was dropped on the floor before shipping)
0 NO T SHIRT AT ALL!

So I emailed them with pics and video and what do you expect...

NO REPLY.

I as a WWE fan feel superkicked, speared and then RKO'ed at the same f* time...

Don't trust WWE shop. Since Fantaics have taken over the running of it they have ruined it. Waited four months for a judgment day t-shirt for my son. They lied and lied and today they refunded the money however kept the money from the voucher I used. That was my voucher, my money. The service is dreadful. I will be looking into taking legal action if my voucher isn't refunded. Also just to put into context I own over 160 items of WWE clothing and have been shopping with them for over 20 years. Don't not trust them

I ordered John Cena T-shirt and cap for my husband's birthday. Literally 2 minutes after I had received a confirmation email with the order number, I got an email saying that my order got canceled as per my "cancel request". But I did not cancel it. After a long back and forth with the support through the live chat, I was told by each agent that they didn't know what had happened and couldn't even find my order by the number they had provided. So, I was told that the only way to sort it out-call their support line, the live chat and FB messenger agents couldn't help. But I live abroad, and international calls are pricy, not to mention that their international number didn't work. I just hope I'll get my money back.

Ordered a t shirt on the 15th July and it's shipping day has kept getting pushed back and it has been processing ever since. I'm getting worried that this is going to happen indefinitely. Please sort out your shipping, there's no reason why an item should take so long to be sent off.

If I receive it I'll change my review but for now it's not looking good

I tried to return the wrong size top bought but their web site Portal would not allow me to print a return label. Customer service team was unable to help other then suggest i post it back. All this took a week for the to inform me via e mail. Only to be told that a refund would take 14 days. i then paid for it to be returned. The quality of the top was not value for money. I WOULD NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.VERY POOR SERVICE.

Im glad im not the only one Who had issue with that service. I never received my First order and i want to reorder the same shirt cuz thats one i want and they said to me it back order...wth.. gave me a 30% discount, i ask them if the item already had a discount can i apply this one? And they said me, yes no problem and i cant apply cuz all the marchandise had already a discount.. and you can't apply a second one. All they said was "im really sorry for this and for that " this is ridiculous!
