Not too good so far.
I have placed an order but the wrong item has been delivered.
I have sent in an initial complaint via the contact form and got a reply asking for photos which l have sent in. The response time is poor and the issue is still not rectified. I wait in
anticipation of a resolution.

Please get a PHONE
I have to say that initially I was very reluctant to place an order at all, this was because.
One, the company does not have a PHONE number.
Two, they didn’t respond to my emails that I had sent asking for advice.
Three, after all that they didn’t have PayPal either, as a fallback for the customer just in case this was a fake online company
(Please bear in mind that things like Apple Pay and PayPal will take between 10%~15% of the suppliers profit in order for us as a customer to use this service and this might be one reason)
A friend suggested to me that I looked at their feedback, which to their credit was all very good, but equally most make reference to a lack of means of communication by PHONE.
Like a lot of the other people I too must be old School as I like to speak to people to ensure that I’m dealing with a real company amongst other things.
At this point I felt satisfied enough to go ahead and place an order and I’m so pleased that I did.
From the moment I pressed the go payment button and sent the money, I received three emails, confirming my address, my purchase and receipt for my payment. Four days later and I received a further email saying that my item was ready for dispatch. The following day I received another communication that my parcel was out for delivery which was also recorded delivery. When the item arrived it was fantastically well packed to boot.
Myself and a friend that owns a body detailing shop fitted the body stripe to the car ourselves, he commented on the quality of the product that it was as good as any he had seen. The fact that it laid flat on the counter and wasn’t dried, curled, creased or anything else was a real credit to them. The body stripe was offered to the car and fitted amazingly well, to say I think it looks amazing and has transferred the look of the car might be a little bold of me but I am so pleased that I took a leap of faith and I am ever so pleased with the item.
The only reason I haven’t given them five stars is simply the fact that they don’t have a PHONE number, and if this is a personal choice then might I suggest you need to be much better on responding to emails. This said the product is amazing and I ask you to please take on board what other customers are saying also and please, please, please, invest in a PHONE.

I appreciate the in depth review, this is the most productive feedback I think I've received via a review like this.
The phone decision is one about time and cost, we have previously operated a landline which would ring off the hook every day. That sounds great in theory but it takes a heavy toll in time and cost to deal with so we took the decision not to persist with it.
We've been taking on the response reviews about emails and this is my main area to improve. As with the phone we get a lot of enquiries and those about custom products have to go on the back burner sometimes with how busy we can get maintaining the timely production of the orders we already have.
From a customer perspective this is frustrating of course and as we expand these issues should iron out. We're still a young company and we're not ignoring the issues we've had complaints about, that's for sure.

Good morning,
I am French and I contacted this company more than a month ago to buy stickers for my Rapido camper van.
No answer.
However, it was an order of almost 200 euros that I wanted to make....
Maybe this company doesn't need to sell...or doesn't need money...
