Dishonest Weidian
Bought lots of items from Weidian. Quality is fixed. The only time I came across an item which is clearly used/fake but sold to me as brand new.
I requested a refund but seller declined. I then escalated to Weidian platform and lodged a complaint. Weidian was very difficult to deal with. They requested a lot of evidence which is almost impossible to obtain. Such as certified and stamped certificate from authorised dealer to show this product is fake, etc. when I provided pictures of received product and pictures of this product from a retailer. Anyway it’s impossible to get a fair verdict from Weidian. Then I went to third party website to lodge complaint against the seller and Weidian. I saw A LOT OF complaints from consumers about similar issues. It’s shocking how a multimillion company can be so dishonest.
