I ordered an item from Sports HQ. They took the money but didn't despatch it to DX couriers. There's no way to contact them - phone engaged, don't respond to email or webchat.

Ordered 3 long bulbs for my company they arrived completed smashed I contacted them and they never replied my email.

not a chat worked.

I never going to buy nothing in this place, do not reply a costumer isn't great and says a lot about a company.

Had a treadmill delivered model F2800 assembled it and it is very noisy when operating phone number01527598388 permanently busy e mail doesn’t come up or work
Bought through Amazon so will try and redress through them

Ordered left hand clubs for a 3-5 year old. Sent me right hand clubs for an 8-12 year old. Sent two emails of issue and have recieved no response. Tried to call all day and line continuously busy. When I finally did get through (around 4:30pm) went to voice mail saying office is closed (really?) and quickest response is by email. Feels like I have been scammed.

I did not make a purchase as my money was refunded to PayPal (not yey receivced by me!). No explanation was given but I suspect that the item I wanted is no longer available, in which case why is it still shown for sale on the website??

I ordered two Ram golf bags, a ladies and a mens. These were apparently in stock as my order was accepted and I paid by PayPal. A few days later PayPal refunded me. I have had no explanation from Shop247 why this was.
I have now ordered and received these golf bags from another supplier.
I doubt I will shop with Shop247 again.

Great compact lightweight golf bag, despatched on time and at a really good price.

I had ordered a new golf bag which was on 3 day delivery. I received an order confirmation then nothing else. My order showed as PROCESSING on the website. Attempts to contact customer service by phone were fruitless - the number was constantly busy. I sent an email detailing the problems and received an apology saying that the order had been held up by website / system problems. It was dispatched that day and arrived the next day - total 8 days.

This was very good ordering after ordering on line the item and this was delivered within 48 hours. The only problem I had was it does not recognise my address although I have account. So I had to pay through ebay.
Which is very frustrating as I often order goods from them

I do not recommend the company. I was scammed into a home treadmill. The company got the shipping address wrong and have not been in contact with them since. Think twice before ordering from this company.

Received my golf bag within 2 days a day I am thrilled with the quality and can't fault the service

Fortunately my payment was covered by PayPal T’s & C’s as I’m sure my money would have been lost!
In my opinion a Completely bogus outfit who shouldn’t be allowed to operate a business.

Not going to go into the detail of lack of responses and I don’t care if its reviewed to Senior management, I will never go near this site again!!!

Okay so I’ve been asked to provide more information.

Placed order
Advised order complete but no info on tracking
Asked for tracking details and provided after a chase up
Item never appeared on tracking information although tracking number was recognised
How can order state dispatched but not show on tracking?
Still not had a response to many emails sent
No response received by PayPal chase up either
Apologies mean nothing for the inconvenience caused

confirmation invoice arrived from The SportsHQ??
Confirmation arrived stating DX Delivery were the couriers and tracking number supplied,result.
Tracked package said Shipped yay!!
Said it was due three days prior over weekend..the day I actually ordered them.
No problem live chat with DX
Problem!! DX didn’t have my package and to contact supplier.
Got the same response as loads of others on here, automated message will ring back.. didn’t. Stay on line to speak to someone…cut off.
Getting worried I’ve been scammed !! so emailed the 1st confirmation email back.
Jason Lawrence at Golfgear.co.uk replied quickly stating they were custom fit so take longer,yay again.
Doubts start formulating again overnight,why did I get a shipped tracking number if still at factory?
Emailed Jason back but no reply.
Next morning clicked original tracking number hoping for a miracle….updated and coming today yay and thrice yay.
Package came three hours later in perfect condition.
Summary!! cannot fault the product they look immaculate and a great price. Service is very disjointed using three company names and leads you to think you’ve been scammed.
Telephone communication is utterly medieval not fit for purpose.
Overall with a tweak or too it could have been so much easier for the customer so four stars from me.
Update.. they replied to my second email later on stating we see the package has been delivered.

Great value for money product that will keep me dry in a shower. Side panels will help protect from the wind. Disappointed with the pegs because they are notoriously difficult to get into hard ground and bend easily
