Really impressed with the service provided. The new aluminum front door has made a huge difference to our curb appeal, and the fully glazed uPVC door lets in so much light while feeling very secure. Both products are clearly built to last. A big thank you to the team for getting them shipped down to Cornwall for us, job well done!

Very smooth process from start to finish. The installers were polite, efficient, and cleaned up after the job.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Being waiting for my windows 4 months!!! And still not receive them. After deposit has been taken very poor communication with the seller. Company director deny any wrong doing and try to convince me that I ordered supply only (despite the fact of having email that states delivery and installation price). Company currently reported to the authorities, as they run a scam, cheat customers and do not comply with British trading standards.

I recently purchased UPVC windows from Shop24 Glasgow, and the quality really impressed me. The windows are sturdy, energy-efficient, and exactly as described on the website. Delivery was on time, and the fitters did a brilliant job with no mess left behind. The price was very reasonable compared to other quotes I had, and the finish is top-notch. Would definitely use this company again.

evrything on beginning was great (communication) but dont pay straight for your order definitely not by bank transfer just CREDIT CARD (than your payment is insured). Ordered 17 of june - delivery should be 18 july 2025 but... delivered 15 of august 2025. After 18 July nobody answer any calls even not informed me about delivery. Just add 1 more thing all item was in stock when I done order but later they find out they dont have half of my order :(
If you pation go for it but dont expect delivery on time.
2 stars just because after 2 month I recived my order.

Very poor communication, they only promise but not deliver once they take your money , missing parts from the order 9 weeks later still not showing up.
They expect you to offload the good (drop curb deliveries not included apparently) but they only tell you the day before delivery .
I would avoid this people at any cost ..

I bought a doprs and handles , it should be delivery with 3-5 working days. After two weeks I am still waiting.

From start to finish, hands down this was the best company we dealt with. We ordered doors with installation and a letter box ( all look amazing ). We had been so impressed with the final product that we are already looking to buy windows from the same company. The price was more than competitive and the sales team and installation team have been always there for us to help us make the best choice. Can't recommend them enough!
