Would buy there again

Good service, good communication, fast delivery option. I can't give half star so one minus for not having a recite on the package with the price of the item and the item itself. I had to get it from customs office for a not declared packaging.

Great customer service

Great customer service, good product selection and good prices. Bought Dior ballerinas which were discounted and then I got 10% off as a first order, which was a huge bonus. The only niggle is the shipping. It’s very expensive for something that takes over 2 weeks to arrive to an international destination. It’s not 1997, so nothing should cost $65 and take 2 weeks to reach the destination. Majority e-commerce businesses charge little or no shipping for orders above $300 and use DHL which takes 2-3 days to arrive.

Tote and espadrilles

Ordered a Louboutin Cabata tote and Chanel mesh espadrilles. Absolutely love them and purchased at a great price. Fast shipping and great customer service. I always receive a thank you email from Alan for each of my purchases.
