Your website was very easy to use the person I talked to very nice but when I was given a final bill it was came to $70 US dollars none to my surprise since I had paid for air freight shipping that UPS showed up yesterday told me I couldn't have the package and less I paid another $33 I cannot do that I can't afford that that is 100 and almost $15 for a part that I could have bought right here on eBay for $7 to $11 I just had to wait 4 weeks for to get here I do not think that's fair that I was thrown this extra charge at me after I had bought them the product had it shipped no one ever said nothing about a terror feet to me I would love to hear your response

I ordered a part for my Seicento which was actually for an earlier model and didn't fit. I called S4P the same day, they found the correct part and dispatched it that afternoon and it arrived the following day. Excellent service.

I made a mess of my online order. I emailed and phoned the next. As I was talking he opened my email, he had just got into the office. Confirmed my details, understood my problem, checked my order (which I had got wrong). Parcel arrived next day, superbly wrapped, everything in it. This was the most perfect customer service. He was friendly, polite & super helpful. I haven't been asked to write this I just had to. Customer service doesn't really exist any more. Most companies once you have paid aren't interested. This person (apologies for not knowing his name) was excellent who dealt with me. Thank you

I purchased a grease seal for my old Kubota tractor. The price was approximately 35 percent cheaper than USA companies. Shop4trac was prompt in all their communications and provided the correct part. The shipment was delayed, but due to UPS, not them. I complained and the situation was immediately rectified. I couldn't expect better service from a vendor.

I’ve had cause to use Shop4Parts three times in as many weeks. They have delivered an excellent service each time. Next day shipment with delivery one day after that. Their customer service people are helpful, personable and a credit to the company. Excellent all round. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately the oil shipped was the wrong grade for my car.

Contacted day after delivery and was helped out most courteously and efficiently to get my required oil and return the wrong oil.

Tried to purchase a part online but unfortunately it didn’t comply with my equipment. This was not down to shop4spares who provided the part as per the reference. Nevertheless, I cannot fault the company and their superb customer service. On occasions, when dealing with firms online, customer service is not as good as a face to face exchange. This is not the case with shop4spares and their representative (Aileen) who from the start tried to resolve my problem, quickly arranged for the sent part to be returned at their cost and as soon as it arrived refunded my money. Helpful, friendly and efficient I would recommend this company to any potential customer in the knowledge that they will receive exceptional service. Many thanks.

I ordered a front radar port cover for my Alfa Romeo Giulia Veloce. I was hesitant to order at first because the product page stated the product was the kind that wasn't stocked, but sourced from Italy upon order. I emailed to clarify the part was actually available (I've been waiting since 22nd Jan for this part from the dealership) and the email response was quick. Anyway, I placed the order and it arrived a week later which was within the lead time specified on the product page.

I was on the verge of placing an order on shop4parts when I came across their terms and conditions, specifically focusing on the section regarding returned goods (Section 5). The language used in these terms raised some significant concerns that compelled me to reconsider my decision.

a) The clause states that SHOP4PARTS "shall not be obliged to accept the return of any good(s) ordered by a customer." This assertion is a major red flag. Consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act contradict this, as customers typically have the right to return goods within a specified period.

b) Another concerning point is the 25% minimum handling charge for orders correctly supplied but returned due to customer error or no longer required. This fee raises questions about fairness and transparency. The absence of information on the maximum restocking fee adds to the uncertainty.

These terms appear to conflict with consumer rights and may discourage potential customers from engaging with shop4parts. The lack of obligation to accept returns and the imposition of a minimum handling charge are practices that warrant caution and may raise concerns about the company's commitment to fair and customer-friendly policies.

In light of these terms, I have chosen to explore alternative options, and I would advise others to carefully review the terms and conditions before making a purchase. Additionally, considering the potential conflict with consumer rights, reporting these terms to relevant authorities or ombudsmen may be a prudent course of action.

Urgently needed part for MOT ordered 5pm and delivered at 11.26 the following day. The part is the maker of my cars original headlights and it was a very good price. This firm are consistently at the very top of customer service. It is an absolute pleasure to do business with them. Many thanks agin on this occasion. A 5 star rating really is not enough,

have used shop4parts many times as In my honest opinion they are the only company in the UK that have most parts in stock for the older Italian machinery and as I have a few its important to be able to get parts quickly.....
even when I had a faulty wheel bearing sent out the guy went above and beyond to get me a replacement out ASAP whilst I sent the faulty part back so they could sort the warranty for the part ......
in all honesty I don't know where I would get my hard to get parts from if it wasn't for the guys and girls at Shop4parts
