I have ordered the set , however I didn’t get the safety strips to cover the edges which were part of the package . Disappointed

What strips for safety do you mean?
If you refer to the protective plates for the trunk - these are not part of your set! There are 4 different variants of the set. You have chosen set 1 which contains the secret compartment and cup holder.
Set 2-4 contain the protective plates in different colors instead.
If anything else is missing, please tell us in an email or via telephone and we will be happy to deliver the missing part.

Delivered on time but appears to be a used product and not new as it is dirty and without a label or any packaging.

We guarantee you that you have not gotten a used product. Our rubber mats come without packaging to not use unnecessary plastic. We are very sorry if there was any dirt on the mat already - I will give this feedback to the people in the shipping department.

As we are writing on the carton: The mats should be laid out upside down and flat on the ground for 24h, so that they can get back to their shape. A bigger carton is not shippable for a reasonable price.
If the mats will not get back to their original shape, please send us some photos to support@shop4tesla.com and we will find a solution for it.

Normally the white paint is even a 3-layer paint. We offer the main and clear paint in this variant - you can order the base paint optionally.
We might change this in the future, so that the base paint is always included as well.
Combining these in 1 bottle is technically not possible. I can understand though that it is not always easy to use. On the product page you will find instructions for use. We are planning to create a video instruction as well.
