I got an order from shoppaolic l don’t want they took the money from my account without my permission l can’t find an address don’t shop with them again

Ordered a robot vacuum cleaner
Was told in one email returned to them by evri and then told by evri they never recieved it
The seller offered a refund to my pay pal account, told them never had a pay pal account so no refund

I paid nearly £30 for some weight loss patches, eg moringa x berberin, I started using them but nothing happened so I used Google lens to check them out, my patches didn't look anything like the ones online, and I found out that the patches that were in my box are actually acne patches, I can't get hold of the company surprise surprise

I ordered the weight loss patches. They are nothing like the ones shown on the advertisement, they are a lot smaller and so is the box they came in. It states that there is 7 in a box but there’s only 4. I just wanted to warn others to stay away from any of these kind of advertisements, there’s a lot of them about.

Please do not buy anything from this company,
We bought smart cameras and they were not what we wanted, they have been very unhelpful for us to return for refund. Saying we have to return to China ourselves

I’ve been waiting over three weeks for my items to be delivered. The package was open damaged item and missing item.

I purchased 2 window smart Wi-Fi cameras for £79.95 on the 13th January 2026, which I have received. When purchasing, it advertised no monthly subscription. Hence my reason for buying the cameras. However, when trying to set them up, I found it was 5 days free subscription and then £29.00 a month of which I’m unable to afford. I therefore wish to return the cameras and have my money back. However, there was no invoice included in my package only a senders address in Manchester. I have been trying to find a contact number to phone them and can find nothing. Is anyone able to assist me in returning these cameras and getting my money back?

Does anyone on here know about returning an item , these shoes are aweful, cheap, shoddy, I can’t even get my feet into them, supposedly an 8, more like a 4!! No returns label, can’t find an email or phone number for them. What a waste of my hard earned money. This needs to be reported to trading standards and watch dog.

Having realised that a Returns label was missing from
original packaging, I immediately e-mailed this Company, which unfortunately could not be delivered!!!!
I then checked this Company out, and from the many
reviews found that customers had to Return goods to China. The Returns address on my package clearly states :Shopperholic Cc, 160-162 Cheetham Hill Road,
Machester, M8 8LQ. How many names is this Company trading under.? I have written to this address
for a Returns label but know this will not be forthcoming.

Complete rubbish customer service I sent four messages regarding my item and had no response from them rubbish company

Do not buy from this Company. I was led to believe I could get a full refund if the shoes I ordered didn’t fit. They are too narrow so I am unable to wear them. My parcel came from Cheetham Hill Road, Manchester but to get a refund I have to send them to China. This was never mentioned on the website. This Company is not an honourable Company and should be stopped trading in theUK.I’ve been offered 10% if I keep the shoes. After complaining they offered me 15% but no way will they give me a full refund unless I pay extortionate postage costs to send them to China. This is a regular SCAM from Companies like this.

I've just received my item from shopperholic Cc. It was a small camera which you have to put on the window, no problem with the order or setting up.

Useless as advertised one thing and send some thing else. Cannot return for refund. Scamming

Product was not the same as advertised it was tiny and flimsy. Do not buy from these scammers

Minus 5 star. Don’t get product advertised. Long long wait for delivery No order number. No receipt. Yet they want a code number off you. Ridiculous

I was so disappointed when I received my order for slimming patches nothing like the ones advertised and they took 2 payments £53 they took out of my bank.They are nothing but leaches making a profit of people insecurities its disgraceful. I was so upset I cried

I payed my package and nothing is happening, they are just sitting on it for weeks now.

Items ordered were not as illustrated, late delivery and totally wrong. Cheap Chinese items - illustrated as made in America not China. Would d give no stars but unable like previous comment.

Why don't I look at reviews before I waste £60 on Chinese junk? Elderly (no excuse) and arthritic I need shoes that are easy to put on PLUS wide fitting.
What I've received is just a pile of shite!
Wide fitting? My grandson (11) can't get his feet into them. Material flimsy, if you could get them on they'd fall to bits in days.
These awful con artists need to be 'outed.
No documentation, no details re 30 day guarantee.
