They don't answer my emails. I call the phone and it does not ring. I am confused as Adobe to out a court case against them and it quietly disappeared so are they genuine or just selling the same Adobe key to everybody which is built into the software.
I've bought a lot of keys for various products for myself and friends whose computers I set up, very rarely any problems and the very few there have been (not activating) have been sorted out immediately. I recommend.
It's worth pointing out Shopakey (the clue is in the name) do not sell software, only activation keys so the comments about cracked software and trojans are ridiculous!
