I purchased brazzers premium from all premium shop. within 1 hour they activate my account and their responds are great.fully trested site.

Delivery takes too long. After waiting for 25 hours without a response to my text, I decided to purchase it elsewhere. Therefore, if I buy it from another source, your delivery will be useless and a waste of my money.

3 times bought here something 3 times didn't get working item. Worst site ever

Title: Worst Online Store Experience Ever

I don’t even know where to begin with how awful this experience has been. I’ve placed MULTIPLE orders with this so-called online store, for different products and accounts, and I have *never* received a single order in proper condition. When I did finally receive something, it would stop working within a few days, and customer service was absolutely useless in resolving the issue.

First of all, the customer service team is a nightmare. Rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. Every time I reached out, I was met with aggression and dismissiveness. It’s as if they don’t care at all about their customers. I’ve submitted support requests multiple times, and guess what? I didn’t hear back for WEEKS. When they did respond, it was just more of the same: rude and unhelpful responses, with no real solution to the problem.

I understand that things can go wrong, but the sheer lack of respect and professionalism from this company is mind-blowing. I’ve wasted so much time and money buying new accounts etc.. trying to work with them, and now I’m left with nothing and accounts that are useless and no way to get a refund or proper support.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this store at all costs. Their staff is toxic, their products are faulty, and they have no intention of helping you when things go wrong. Absolute garbage service!

I was scammed and robbed of my money. I never received my order and the customer service ignored all my emails and complaints.
