My experience with A. M. Apparel

I am writing this review about my experience with a.m. apparel I had a few problems in the beginning on my own and then they hooked me up with a person name James. He took me through the correct ways of placing an order and help me with every other situation I had without him I would not have made it but I was so glad he came along and help me with my situation I would always like to call James. To help me with any situation I would grade him at five thanks James.

I had an excellent experience with this…

I had an excellent experience with this company. Orders two pairs of very stylish shoes. Received my shoes and was very pleased with the shoes but got the wrong size. I contacted them and immediately processed a. Even exchange. The shoes are awesome. I like the style. I’m very pleased and will continue to shop here. Customer service is awesome as well. They are very professional and take care the customers. I’m very impressed.

I ordered a leather jacket which looks like a vinyl parka without any look of leather and is poor-fitting to boot.

Leather which the jacket was made with. The type of leather of the product is usually put in the product title. However we are happy to refund the product.

The website has nice clothes and…

The website has nice clothes and delivery was quick too. Only problem is that they sent a much, much larger size than requested (3XL instead of L). The T-shirt quality itself was good and everything, just oversized. I wrote an email to them and got a very quick response where I got an option to get a replacement or refund. I chose refund and got it within a day or two as well. Disappointed with the size, but at least the shop itself wasn’t a scam or anything and support resolved my issue quickly.

Please note that in the order confirmation and shipping emails we specify that the clothing tags may be different from the size you ordered but will most likely fit properly. For example if you ordered a size S, the item, especially tops may have a size L label but they actually fit like a regular size S. This is because we serve a global customer base and different countries may have different size units from those on our labels, so before items leave our warehouses, we convert them to the customer's country size standards to make sure the custiomers receives the products that fits them properly. Wrong sizes and cheap quality

Expected better quality for that price...I ordered 2 shirts and 1 long sleeve all in 3XL as it says true to size...got the wrong sizes for all 3 items.. 2 shirts came in 5XL and they definitely don't look like 5XL more like a L and I got one shirt in 4XL and seemed like a medium so that was really confusing i don't know what's going on with that.

Our standard shipping usually takes 7-10 days or less and while we do our best to get the orders to the customers as quick as possible, some things happen that are outside of our control, especially this holiday period as shipping demand is high, shipments are experiencing delays. We just introduced a new express shipping which should solve part of this problem. Again we apologise for the delay, and we will reach out to the shipping carrier for an update. My only negative was that the order…

My only negative was that the order took forever to arrive and I didn't receive any tracking info, until I asked for it and tracking info should be automatically given.

For the tracking information, the tracking number is automatically email/text to the customer as soon as the package ships. I see that we emailed you the tracking info on the 24th of September, sometimes the emailed are sent to your junk folder so I would recommend checking there as well when looking for tracking information. We understand that some orders are taking longer than usual to be delivered, this is because shipping carriers are experiencing delays due to the current surge in shipping demand during the holidays. Upon checking your order, I see that our team sent you an email 24 hours before the order was cancelled, the email was detailing that the item had run of stock in the color you picked, and it also gave you available color alternatives in that email, we waited to for 24hrs for a response from you but we received nothing, that's why the order was automatically cancelled. I had bought some clothing and it…. Isn’t something that would suit me.

I had bought some clothing and it didn’t look like the pictures from the website. I had contacted “AM APPAREL” for a refund, yet to had someone reply.
It’s been 4 days since the delivery and the refund policy says it must be returned 14 days from the delivery date. To me it seems like “AM APPAREL” might try to wait till the 15TH day to respond.

It has been 3 days past the delivery…

It has been 3 days past the delivery date that I should have received my order. I sent an email requesting where my package/order is and no response from anyone.
