I ordered L shorts and got XL
I ordered L shorts which were marked as “in stock”. Took over a month to get them because they were actually back ordered. Once I received them, they were XL. I searched my emails to make sure I didn’t do a mistake and realized I had received an email at some point which said I would get XL even though I ordered L but not to worry because the size would be the same. They were not. They’re too big. Would’ve loved to buy new ones but am worried I’ll order Ls and still get XLs or order Ms and get Ms (which would probably be too small). Too bad because the shorts seem very nice and comfortable. Just not when you’re running and floating in them.

Missing items
I had ordered 3 items as a Xmas gift in November.. it is now the beginning of February and only received one item. I keep emailing customer service who are nice enough, but never really give me any good reason why my order hasn’t arrived. Only that it will arrive….at this rate it just may be by next Xmas ..About a week ago I asked for a refund but they said they couldn’t do that because the items were shipped. This is getting tiresome to say the least.

Got the order but didn’t receive the mystery box that was advertised as part of the deal- buy 4 x pairs discounted with a mystery box. The work out shorts are great but the zipper on the back pocket is pretty cheap and not good quality. Wore 2 x pairs once and the zipper has come apart.

Shipping, Quality, Recommendation
I had two shipments sent out separately. The first one arrived quickly, the second one took some time since it appeared to have come from China. Not sure what happened with the shipping. One of the shorts received had the metal/plastic tip of the string only halfway seated and couldn’t be adjusted. I recommend that instead of a “gift” (headset that can be purchased on Amazon for $10) you throw in a shirt or another pair of shorts instead.

Trash customer service. Placed an order four weeks ago, have been in continuous contact with Apex about the issues with tracking the order and have continuously asked them when I should expect them to resend my item and they have no useful information but that my order “should” arrive. What kind of company can’t resend a single item to a customer that is clearly never going to receive their order? I had the same issue with Elite Sports and they had absolutely no problem resending my order for me.

Terrible company
Terrible company. Took a month to even ship my items. And i still havent received. Would never recommend. Their excuse "sorry we are busy with other orders"
Edit: see their response below. Same they have been giving since i placed my order. Proving my point. Dont buy from them.
Edit 2- shorts arrived. They are ok, not worth the wait or the cost. Loose strings everywhere, and no mystery box as advetised. All in all worst online experience i ever had. Stay away.

Good shorts, but recieved different material in 2 orders
Ordered a few pairs last year and have been really enjoying them. Shipping took a while but with international and from seeing other reviews I was expecting it (approx. 4 weeks in Canada). They are comfortable and I like the design. I'm giving a lower rate because I decided to order a few more and the material for the shell in the 2nd order seems much cheaper than the first -- Does not seem to be indicated anywhere on the website, and orders were made only a few months apart. They are both the exact same item (3.0) but somehow in the 2nd batch they are made of polyester rather than brocade, which feels less comfortable to me.

I have purchased 2 pairs of their Apex Training shorts (in pink and black) and one pair of their Apex Joggers. The joggers are an amazing fit, made of super comfortable material, and look very good. The Training Shorts are breathable, a very good fit, and the phone pocket is amazing for holding my phone during runs and workouts! I highly recommend. Shipping was also fast and free, which is hard to find in 2023.

Great product
Great product, love the way they feel. Had a minor hiccup with a defect of a pair of shorts and they responded quickly and had my new pair out to me within a few minutes. Product is great but customer service was even better.

I was sent the wrong sizes
I was sent the wrong sizes.
After contacting customer service, I am being given the run around and they have tried to convince me that it is the right size with the incorrect labelling inside the shorts. I have measured them to confirm. Now they are saying that they will investigate the issue? There is no investigation required, I have simply not been given the goods that I paid for. They will not issue a refund and have ignored my request to cancel the remaining items on the order.
Do not purchase from this company, they are a headache to deal with.
**Edit** Thanks for proving my point with your reply. They clearly didn't even read my review fully if they suggested I contact their customer service, I have already done that and they are being massively unhelpful.

If nothing else, the built-in phone holder in the inner shorts is fantastic. And, finally, if you have any vanity within your being at all, let me share that these shorts (and the white liners) make your legs look bigger. Please don't tell my fellow gym members that I like them for that reason. But, I do! LOL.

Missing items no invoice with package
****UPDATED****Ordered 4 pairs of shorts and a black singlet/tank also got a free mystery box. It took about 4 weeks to get here, which is fine as it's international mail. Shorts are great and I would have given a 5 star review, but I'm missing my singlet and the mystery box. Was no invoice with package either, Not impressed. ****UPDATE****, did receive singlet 4 days later. Mystery box was an extra pair of shorts. Have to change my review on shorts. The shorts fit perfect, but I have a big issue with built in bike shorts.They are to loose and I have big legs, so if the shorts fit well I would expect the bike shorts to be a firm fit, and the fabric is very thin and flimsy. Had to cut it out cause it looks ridiculous.
