Really horribly ksenophobic customer support unfriendly, German only ripping off policy.
The sent me wrong invoice that didn’t not expected the refund they offered on the phone.
After which they sent the letter from incasso.
Had to invest time to call them, the lady on the phone was absolutely rude telling me wrong email address I have to send the payment confirmation.
Really Nazibehaving company.
It should be reported to European institution that protects customers with this behaviour.
