Atrocious customer service, customs issues in EU

I placed multiple orders via this website, and almost every parcel I was sent had incorrect customs paperwork with missing IOSS information.

VAT was collected at checkout, however, the missing IOSS information caused me to be charged this upon delivery. When bringing this to their attention, they dismissed me saying I was charged customs and not VAT which is completely false. I had made this clear in initial contact by sending receipts and informing them that the courier themselves said it was VAT due to missing IOSS information.

Eventually, they began to ignore my emails. Considering how much I needed to pay for shipping this is unacceptable. Their old social media manager used to say they sent DMs to customers when in fact they didn't and were ignoring them.

Eventually, a new social media manager started and they were incredibly kind and helpful. They got the customer service team to actually look into my issue which was eventually resolved after many months of being ignored.

I was ignored so long that it was no longer possible to refund via normal means, and they needed to use PayPal instead.

Atrocious experience, especially with the insane shipping costs.

The fact that ATLUS have chosen to make collector's editions exclusive to this sorry excuse of a webstore is terrible. The website doesn't even work properly, with incorrect links and messed up CSS.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. It's run by a company known as WAYPOINT. Steer clear.

Don't buy here.

I got a lot of problem with this shop, first the product needed to be sended in November, and after a lot of emails with the company it was sended in January. In the shop they charge me the taxes of the custom fees (like 30 dollars) and when the product arrived Fedex told me that I need to pay 88 dollars for custom fees, so what i paid? also, the 88dollars fees charge is the total of the product price, shippment and customs fees taxes, seriously i don't know if they're scammers or just the worst organization for a company ever, for your own health, don't buy anything here.

EUROPEAN BUYERS BEWARE!

They will charge you 'Tax' but not ship your item with IOSS labelling so you will have to pay import tax on your order.

Their customer service will hide behind this blanket policy on their website and is against European regulation. But they won't care.

Do not order if you are in Europe and not okay with paying an additional 25% fee on your order!

Shop literally anywhere besides shopatlus

Awful customer service. Constantly break their own shipping timeframes and you end up waiting for months without updates. Customer service reps can’t be bothered to reply, and when they do, it’s a generic ‘we apologise for the delay’ response

Would probably be quicker and less frustrating to actually fly to the factory and make the items yourself

terrible customer service

ordered two things and instead of sending them together they sent them separately. one of the items was lost in transit and they refused to refund me so i basically lost money on that as well. i love their games but its safe to say ill never buy anything from there again

They're scammers

They're scammers. They don't reply to my, and a lot of people's emails and they won't deliver my order. The way their entire shop works is so suspicious as well tbh oh and the 1 hour reply time on Instagram is such a lie too
