DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM! It took 2 months to receive my item and arrived it was broken. This item was ordered with the option of NOT becoming a Shop at Mars member. I chose NOT to join and yet for two consecutive months have been charged $49.00 USD each month for a "membership fee" on my credit card! I have contacted my credit card company and made them aware.

I wish I would have read the reviews for this company before I ordered anything. I have had the same experience like the other reviews listed. I made an order on 5/27/24 and today is 7/12/24 and I still have not received my product. They have tried to charge my card 2 more times since then for bogus purchases which I did not authorize. Like the reviews before me, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A SCAM!

I placed my order on May 12th. It arrived on July, 12th. !!! 2 months is too long, at least I got it.
A few days after my purchase my Amex notified that there was an attempt to use my credit card - it was declined but they recommended that I cancel my card (and I did). Not sure that they are at fault but the coincidence is odd.

1st thing, why am I forced to give even 1 star (which it doesn't earn) - it's like giving a rating to someone who burgled your house, gets caught and you have to give a rating?? Ridiculous. If you buy from this company you'd be better to just throw your money in the rubbish bin at least that way you wouldn't get the aggravation of hope and auto reply emails basically telling you in no uncertain terms to FU$$ OFF!

They keep trying to charge my acct $39 without me ordering anything... Thank God I keep my card locked... I just got a new card... To stop that nonsense

The scam is that they make you a member and charge you a member ship fee of $49 that you did not sign up for.

Never received sink strainer. They accepted my
payment. Even sent a tracking number that
was bogus. Email said "Your Order From Lock Down Barricade #117360 is on the way."

Very slow compared to other companies.still not received my item.
This morning i was notified that item was delivered.i was at home when item was supposedly delivered I was at the front porch.so I don't know what else to say..

Same problem that all the others have said... bought two items for US$19.90, was charged accordingly and then they charged me US$49.00 in june and again today for this membership that I had never asked for nor was informed about when purchasing... nedless to say that after two months since I made the purchase I have received nothing yet. This company is a total fraud and I had to change my credit card because of them to avoid new charges.

I bought one item, ONE ITEM for $9.99 and then I start seeing withdrawals from my debit card for the same $9.99 AND $49.99!! What the $#*&??? I contacted them and they sent me an email saying that they will cancel my membership. What membership?? I bought one item! They refunded me the money....then withdrew the same amounts again the next month!! I called them, had it refunded and then I cancelled my card. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS CROOKED COMPANY!!

This is a SCAM. They lure you with a free membership and charge 50$ per month. Do not fall for it.

100% with the others. This is a scam. Order never arrived, and despite claiming they've canceled the subscription I never even asked for they keep trying to withdraw money from my credit card. From two different sites: mallofmars and shopatmars. Don't go anywhere near this company.

I ordered on May 31st 2024, Still don't have my product can't track it have called 4 times and get the runaround. Answered the phone but won't give me a refund and keeps saying my order is on the way.

I bought a shaver and it doesn't cut the hairs, I'm also being charged and don't no what for, tried emailing but getting no reply and it £31.50, this will be the second time this has happened and my bank card keeps being changed because of it cause bank thinks its fraud

First Order Never recieved
Now without any order they booked money of my Visa Card
Card had to be blocked on my expense

Don't even look at their website if you don't want to be scammed. I have done that, looked and thought about buying what I was looking for but regretted it and closed the website immediately. But after a couple of days I saw on my bank statement that someone in Miami charged my card with 99USD. I did some searching to see what it could be, but couldn't find anything so I contacted my bank and reported the fraud, and the bank arranged for me to get my money back.
Now I have received an email from this Shop at Mars claiming that I have subscribed to Red Planet membership and was charged for it.
Although I never applied for membership there and never gave them my card details, so how they got on my account, no idea. Quite simply some hacker got to it and took money.
So, if you come across their page, close it immediately.

It is skam. I "bought" trimmer for $9.99 and some another stuff for $9,99 too a few week ago. Now they just stole $50 at night when I was sleep! Payments marked as a "THESHOPDEAL.COM>LAS VEGAS US".

Just $70 for skammers. It is 1/2 of my money this week...

I bought 2 products on the 12th June and then read the reviews which weren't good. So I immediately e-mailed them with no reply. About a week or so after I got an e-mail saying the products have been ship. Another week later they took the membership fee out. So I sent them an e-mail to stop it and I rung my bank and made a complaint. Within a couple of days I got an e-mail from them saying the membership has been cancelled and the money refunded. Today is 7th July the bank confirmed the money is going back into my account and I received the products yesterday on the 6th July. To finish off my bank told me I can go into my account and once I've made an overseas payment I can click to stop it in which no one can take payments out. P.s they aren't very good at responding to e-mails.
