Avoid, avoid, avoid

Terrible experience from an order that they cancelled stating the supplier had closed down for Christmas when Christmas was long gone? Asked for order to be cancelled which they responded to stating that the refund had been processed and then sent me an email stating item was available and being sent and that I had to accept the delivery? Various emails have since gone back and forth and now I have PayPal involved. Today I have received another email saying item on its way?? All I want is my money back? Also they have lied about their Trust Pilot rating.....very underhand. Avoid at all costs
