Impossible to contact a real human

You have to give up any data tracking protections you have in place to use this app. I had to switch off my Duck Duck Go protections, because they automatically block companies trying to track my activity online.

My first purchase wasn't even tracked properly, which meant I had to spend more time and energy to get it reviewed.

It's also impossible to contact a real human in the company. I tried reaching out to two different emails (one of which was provided by the company) as well as their social media accounts, and none of them worked. The only way to get support is to go through an AI chatbot that clearly doesn't have any answers. It refused to give me an email address to contact support, but when I told it that I had tried to email the team already, it told me they were working on my request (which I knew was a lie because I already had bouncebacks from both emails).
