Always mislead with cashback. If theres a promo of a higher than usual cashback, they will always end up giving you the lower rate. If I give all the evidence to show a higher rate should have been applied, they will stall for 6 months saying they are investigating in hope you forget about it

Ever since they discontinued ShopBack pay there hasn’t been too much use for me. Asking me to upload receipts is stone age and not worth my bother. I do occasionally use the traditional ShopBack features when I make purchase online or gift cards but these Cashback is low. I really miss the ShopBack pay feature.

I didn’t get my cash back. I received an email to state no cash back found and now I’ve had to put a support request in.

Expensive purchases consistently automatically set at $0. Even after sending invoices and screenshots of complete payments ShopBack tells you they’re still $0. No codes etc used, ShopBack only seems to want to pay out if it’s under a couple of dollars and make it too hard to fix the problems because they use bots to scan your complaints

I was an active/avid member of Cashrewards in the day. And when ShopBack took over, I was skeptical. However, having used ShopBack for about 6 months now, I think they provide a more comprehensive and widespread usage of cashback applications. They're also very easy to withdraw from, and unlike with Cashrewards, where I had a few ocassions where tracking was missed, ShopBack seemed to have picked up all my transactions!! Can't complain, really.

Based solely on my first experience, it was not clear why my order failed to be tracked all the way to completion at the checkout. Still, at least ShopBack had a date and time record of my accessing that particular shop, so filling in the query form was straightforward. I was expecting a promotional bonus to my reward, but after so much time elapsed, I cannot remember what the percentage should have been. Screenshot every step next time. Overall a good system, but you need to familiarise yourself with all of the steps involved.

The only difference i would say with playing the games it is a good idea but I would like more match 3 games or different puzzle games not monopoly plez. That is the only thing to change

It's great to get something back when buying with shop back. It all adds up if you use the shop back app on your purchases

Buyers BEWARE!
It is so wrong that when making purchases that we lose our cashback completey due to an item being out of stock in that order. It should be adjusted accordingly as to every item is itemised.
We as customers wait for the higher % rate to get a higher cashback and then this occurs, to then get 0% back.
I had a large order (over $400) and 1 item was out of stock, (not my fault, it was in stock when I placed the order) @10% cashback to lose the whole cashback.
This is very very disappointing!
This needs to be looked into immediately as it’s not fair for that to happen to any purchase.
Also the shop I placed my order minuses 10% GST off the total cost of the order, so my $428 order became $379.
I do understand that this occurs to SOME orders but not all., I would like to know why some take GST off and others give you the %rate on the total purchase price?

Be Very aware!! I made 1 booking on booking.com via shopback and now my details have been leaked and I am receiving Whatsapp messages about other bookings I have on booking.com. Very scary!
