Order a replica omega watch in April- despite various emails and refund requests for item never arrived and it's now July - no response to emails and definitely no money returned - have been informed this is a scam site using the genuine Belgrave watch sellers name on a fake web site
FAKE FAKE FAKE. Received my watch which cost £68, it was like a kid’s toy watch. No box, came in a plastic bag, strap fitted the wrong way. Despite all attempts to resolve the matter, customer service doesn’t exist, they simply ignore your emails. Do yourself a favour, do NOT waste your money on this site
Absolute awful watches! DO NOT ORDER from this corrupt piece of crap company. Ordered 2 watches, one arrived not working, the other arrived looking cheap and tacky. Filled out form to return both watches. Have heard nothing back from them. Been speaking to a girl called Charlotte who comes across helpful but isn't. She just keeps saying her returns team will reach out. It's been a month and half. £120 down the toilet. It's a scam. Never going to see that return happen.
Ordered a watch, received a different one to what was ordered. Made contact with customer services. Completed online form attached photographs of what ordered and they confirmed the incorrect item was sent out. Since that have ignored communication until received an email stating their decision remains the same due to their terms and conditions. They did not communicate any decision and have gone against their terms and conditions, and acting in a fraudulent manner. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
