I don’t recommend you to shop from here. There not helping after shopping. As a customer everyone has 2 years waranty but they are just declining. My bag that I have bought from them it’s torn now too much after use in 1 year and they have to replace or refund my money back. But they don’t do anything. Do not shop from here.

They always have the great unique clothes that you don’t find anywhere, super fast shipping, a responsive friendly customer service. If there is an issue, they are happy to help and you can definitely expect a response if there is anything which I have experienced differently elsewhere…

Do recommend & happy to order in the future again.

Scam? For sure

I believe the company is Shopboob... and I also got scammed. Purchased the $30US (with shipping) shears and got $2 scissors. They also took my credit card info and either sold it or used it to make a bunch of other charges on my card at Googleplay store etc. Total scammers that should be shot!

Wish I’d read these reviews prior to ordering, also been scammed, receiving a cheap pair of scissors instead of the response shears advertised. Have complained but not holding out much hope of a response.

This company is a pure scam. I ordered the emergency response shears and received a set of regular scissors. I contacted them through Facebook, as they don't respond to emails or have a phone number. They eventually responded, but refused to give me a refund or mail me the correct product. I'd be fine if they just sent me the right item I paid for, but they refuse with their reason being "we suffer losses". For all those who have been victimized by them, dispute it through your CC company and request a charge back.

Like everyone else I got ripped off thought I was getting raptor type shears and received two cheap pairs of regular shears , payed $24.99 a pair , I’ll never order from them again false advertising

Another person taken in by the "Emergency Rescue Shears". As others said, what I got was a cheap pair of regular medical shears that are worthless to me.

SCAM!!!!!! WORST EVER.
I wish I had seen the reviews below before I ordered! I also ordered the 'Emergency response shears' sold as identical to the Leatherman Raptor shears. These were pictured and videoed as identical in design and function. What arrived was a standard pair of tuf-cutt scissors that retail for €1.99.

Ordered rescue scissors. Finally received. We’re not even close to what was pictured. Cheap pair of $2 scissors. Worst scam site ever!

Ordered a pair of rescue shears the was supposed to be Leatherman Raptor. All of the pictures and the info on the site, including a video led me to believe that. I received an ordinary pair of tough shears for four times the price. The item I ordered can no longer be found on their website.

Ordered a set of rescue scissors, similar to the leatherman raptor, which funnily enough they have used there pictures and adverts and basically ended up with a pair of tough cut scissors.Nothing like what I ordered or was advertised.

I ordered a jacket 2 weeks ago. It said 2-4 days delivery time. I was at home for both scheduled delivery’s but no one came. When I reached out to Lisa from the customer service asking for support all she did was lecturing me how I have to pay for the costs if the parcel can’t be delivered. No apologies no real support. I felt not valued. I already paid for the goods in advance. I don’t have a jacket and also I lost 175€! I will never order there again.

It's the first time I order from Shopbob and it went beyond all expectations.

They are quick to help and answer any questions you may have.

One day after they received my order the product/price was reduced by 30%, I wrote to them and got the item for the new price.

Two days after the package was shipped I received it.

When i received the package it lived up to my expectations but sadly the dust bag was missing. I wrote to them and a few days later i received the dust bag.

They get my warmest recommendations.

Very disappointed. Order # 56790742 was paid a week ago, the dispatch is not performed, the service sends out standard responses to my claims and a request to return the money.

Terrible service and hidden fees, this is a scam!
If you choose to buy from eastdane/shopbob be ready to have to pay extra charges for everything! If you decline the package they send, they will charge you VAT and import fees even though you don't receive anything! This is a scam! Never returning! The shipping is free, but if you send something back they will deduct the original shipping fees on top of charging 32GBP for a return!
