I have ordered earrings from this shop multiple times, I first ordered a set in 2020 which I keep in and have worn every single day. I am so impressed with the quality as after nearly 5 years my silver earrings still look brand new and I’ve had no issues with any stones falling out, and I always get compliments on them. Couldn’t recommend enough for every day jewellery!
Ordering was a smooth experience but then no delivery and can't get ahold of them. Nothing works. Disgusting frauds

I've checked orders and we've never had one from someone called Celeste. Customer service email is ask@shopcameo.co - we have received no emails up to this point. Definitely not thieves or liars, you just need to get in touch with your order number so we can sort.
Got an email on Monday to review these earrings. I have not received them and it is Friday! I emailed numerous times to see id they got delivered to the wrong address or if the email was a mistake and have been ignored. Seems like a scam website id they wont reply to customer service emails. Very disappointed.
The web site said the video is £25 but by the time all the little additional charges were tacked on I paid £33. Then when the video arrived it was only 1 minute and 8 seconds long. Not good value for money.

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered over 2 weeks ago, nothing arrived. I left to come back to London and Cameo customer service said i should check with someone else at the address - like who?? And they said no replacement and no refund. Do not trust in this company!

Just received my Cameo request and am a bit disappointed. My "celebrity" did not introduce himself even though he has been out of the limelight for 20+ years. Half of the audience only know him by reputation. And he messed up one of the 3 awards. Other than that it was ok. Delivery was prompt. I have not heard back from either the company or the celebrity.
UPDATE: I let Cameo know of my disappointment. In less than 48 hours I received notice my new Cameo video was done. I was very pleased at the quick response by Cameo and the personality. And the personality HIT IT OUT OF THE PARK. I look forward to using them again.
This is the second time I’ve ordered from Cameo because the jewellery is beautiful, excellent quality and I love that the ‘Huggies’ come in different sizes. I got the larger huggies for my lobes and the ‘Minnie’ ones for my tragus and rook piercings. I leave these Minnie ones in at all times as they are so comfortable.
Absolute joke of a company. Customer service is absolutely shocking. Never again.
I have absolutely nothing but praise for this company not only are their products amazing but the customer service is one of the best I’ve personally experienced so much so I’ve bought over 6 pieces of jewellery. Cannot recommended enough.

I love the earrings I bought for Christmas presents but they arrived in one box and they are gifts for 2 people. Surley sending them in one box does not make sense. So unhappy with this The rest of the service, delivery was good
