Didn't receive the article, didn't get a refund, nothing

I ordered three articles out which only two were delivered. I sent copious amount emails with way too many pictures and videos of the articles but they did not send me any refund, not did I receive the article back. Spoke to customer care person and emailed all the proofs, still they do not have anything other than unrealistic replies and unnecessary points. Don't prepay anything. I lost over 4k on this purchase. They just think we are liers.

Crocs Sandals Broke in <100 Days – No Resolution

Paid premium price for Crocs at Metro Shoes.
After less than 100 days of use, both pairs (mine & my son’s) broke — one flap, one button.

Metro first accepted my sandals for service, then refused responsibility saying “90-day warranty.” Crocs gave the same copy-paste reply. No repair, no replacement, no goodwill.

For a so-called premium brand and a reputed retailer, this is pathetic. Feels like “use for a few days & throw away.”

I’ve now escalated this to Consumer Protection and will keep sharing my experience until Metro & Crocs start respecting customers.

Non Refund of my money

It is such a big company but I am having a harrowing experience with them.I procured a set of footwear in July and returned the item the very next day.i asked them to refund my money,proving the bank details.
Till date ,after numerous phonecalls and emails I have still not received my refund.
Terrible service to customers.
