I ordered my first set of dressage tails. 458 euros worth. Its taken a month and I still dont have them - they went missing I only find out now on the 8th January. The company is refusing to arrange a refund until they hear backm from Bartolino the courier - who have a bad reputation and I am currently out of pocket. Now I cant even access their website- are they scammers? Not happy at all.
