Empty Box!

I just received my order and the box is empty! This is truly unforgiveable. And that is after waiting a very long time for the earrings to arrive. I have texted and emailed customer service. I haven't heard back from them yet.

Cheap costume jewelry

I don't understand why influencers promote Dorsey. I ordered three items - two different Clemence necklaces, for $220 and $300, and one 14K white gold floating round and pear shaped diamonds for $1400.
The Clemence necklaces looked and felt like cheap, lightweight costume jewelry that you can buy at the mall (not at the better department stores). The stones were lab grown white sapphires. If you've ever seen natural white sapphires, you'll know that they look cloudy and don't have much sparkle at all. The lab grown ones were worse - they looked like low quality stones found in old costume jewelry. The pictures on the website looked much better than in reality. The company also sent the wrong length for one of the necklaces. Not only were the stones unimpressive but the chains felt lightweight and of poor quality, as well. The 14K necklace, which had lab grown diamonds, was very pretty but the chain also felt cheap and I didn't want to take a chance with the stones becoming cloudy, in the future, like CZs (they really didn't look like lab grown diamonds). For $1400 dollars, I'll stick with real diamonds. I returned both orders immediately after I received them. After a couple of weeks, I didn't see my refunds so I contacted customer service and both were issued within a day. I don't know how long it would have taken for the refunds if I hadn't contacted the company. Maybe other Dorsey lines, like the gold jewelry, are better but I'm not going to purchase more to find out. I was so disappointed!

Terrible

How silly is this company? After waiting 6 weeks for a bracelet which I was purchasing as a gift, they cancelled my order because the discount code I used was not valid for my email (incidentally, this code can be found ALL over). Rather than email me and ask if I'd be happy to pay for the item without the discount, they cancelled it. Oh, and when I emailed them to ask if this could still be sent as I was willing to pay full price, they never responded.

Not willing to exchange size

Mu husband got me a bracelet for Christmas. It’s pretty, quality seems fine. However it’s too big. I’ve been trying to exchange it the past few days online, but kept running into an error. I contacted their customer service. It seems I missed the 45 day return window. They won’t exchange it for a smaller size!? I’m not asking for something completely different!! Just a smaller size!? NOT impressed with customer service here. Have a little flexibility, especially after the holidays. I will not be buying from here again. They obviously don’t need my business!

Poor quality and not worth the price at…

Poor quality and not worth the price at all. I stupidly ordered them from the UK as well so have paid high shipping and customs fees on top, which they won’t refund if I return. So disappointed, but glad I didn’t order more as I had initially intended. The earrings look like plastic and even less than cubic zerconia. What a giant waste of money.

this place is a total scam

this place is a total scam. Piece arrived missing stones. Very cheap and lightweight. When inquiring about a return they blamed the missing stones on me and then were unresponsive. Filed with BBB and disputed the charge with my credit card company.
