DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS.

I ordered a phone on black Friday, waited the initial period they had outlined on the website and no phone, I logged a ticket and they stated phone is out of stock but they would refund.

It has taken 5 months to finally get my money back, I had to go through a really complex procedure and ended with a card chargeback via Mastercard, which was finally accepted today.

Crazy how this company is still allowed to operate their goods and services when clearly it is a scam!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this website, you have been warned!

SCAM: No refund. Forcing chargebacks

I bought a smartphone for 373.30 € on Allzone.es (now operating as Shopenzona.es) on January 2nd.

The item was out of stock, and I requested a cancellation on the same day. That’s when the nightmare began.

Instead of refunding my card, they unilaterally moved my money into a "virtual wallet" inside their website without my consent.

After weeks of being ignored, they finally sent an email admitting "operational restrictions" and stating they are unable to perform a direct refund.

They sent me a PDF (Certificate of Refund Acceptance) basically admitting they owe me the money but forcing ME to do the work by requesting a chargeback from my bank.
They are using customers money to finance themselves and then offloading the bureaucratic burden onto the victim.

I have already filed a formal criminal complaint with the Portuguese Judicial Police and the European Consumer Centre (ECC). Do not trust their new website (shopenzona.es); it is the same management (ALL IN DIGITAL MARKETING SL) facing serious liquidity issues.

Avoid this shop at all costs unless you want to lose your money for months.
