I placed my order on 13th December…

I placed my order on 13th December 2024, they advised 10 to 15 days delivery, I received my order on 10th January 2025. I emailed their contact 3 times for information regarding my order and had no response at all which is extremely poor customer services. I was beginning to think that there site was not legitimate.

The shipping took more than three…

The shipping took more than three weeks, (instead of 8-12 days) indicating that the shipment clearly comes from outside the UK. Support won't answer where the products are coming from. Therefore, I have high doubts about the authenticity of the products.
The support is only occasionally reachable and seems somewhat dodgy and unprofessional. I do not recommend buying from this store.

Just confirm we are based in the UK & your order was shipped to Spain. The item was sent on time but there was some delivery issues. You have reached out to our support team who have been able to assist you along the way. Sometimes messages have been sent and reply given in which we may of not heard back for 24 hours with further questions making support delayed.

All the items we sell are AUTHENTIC items and we would class these remarks as defamatory & false.

Kept me informed and delivered on promise

They kept me informed and When I had a question about delivery I was able to contact the service team straight away and received a prompt response to my query. They did what they promised and my watch arrived in time for Xmas.

Watch has never arrived

Watch has never arrived. From the royal mail tracking it looks like Royal mail never received it. It now 2 weeks since it was supposedly dispatched Royal Mail 48 and I've requested a refund but it still hasn't been authorised. Terrible service.

We had a slight issue with couriers during the busy period we kept you informed throughout the process and your package arrived. Apologies for the bad experience on this occasion but 3rd party couriers are separate business to us and we have no control over there performance.

My parcel was missing but it wasn’t due to the company it was due to the delivery service and they have sorted it out very quickly and kept me updated on all the information and i really appreciated that.

Thanks for leaving a review but we ask all customers leave honest reviews regarding there experience with Shop First.

You placed your order on 27/08/2024 with a estimated delivery time of 5-8 days. You emailed us on the 4/09/2024 asking the status of your order. We replied back the same day updating you stating we would escalate this with courier if it did not arrive by the 5/09/2024. We go no reply back from you or received any more communication.

We went ahead and escalated this with the courier as it did not arrive on the 5/09/2024 and your package was treated with the highest priority and due to the weekend it was not delivered until the 9/09/2024. At no point did Shop First or the courier state the package was missing. There was a slight delay to the delivery time which we do apologies over.

We have since altered our delivery estimate to improve customer satisfaction.

We kindly ask you to rethink your review and leave only honest reviews based on your experience and reach out if needed to discuss this further.

Hello, Thank you for leaving a review. We ask all customers to leave honest and accurate reviews.

You placed your order on 19/04/2024 for a item which was currently out of stock, however we had more on the way to the warehouse and this was stated on the website showing the item would be back in stock in 3-5 working days. The delivery time also stated that it would be delivered to you within a further 3-5 working days. All this information was cleared displayed on the product page and at checkout.

After 2 days from the initial purchase date you sent a email asking us where your item was. We replied the same day explaining the transit times once again and gave you the option to cancel your order just in case you did not read any information on the site. You declined and was happy with our response.

Your item was then dispatched on the 24/04/2024 and a tracking number was provided. This shown the item was handed over to Royal Mail on this date. You then sent a further email asking us why the item can not be tracked. We replied stating it can and told you the exact day it should arrive to you. We did not get a response.

Your item was delivered on the 1/05/2024 which was a total of 9 working days from the day you ordered and not 20 days which was stated in your review.

We offer next day delivery on most items, however some items may take longer but we keep customers well informed of these transit times on the product page and also at checkout.

A toy my daughter (she has profound disabilities) had loved for years broke after searching the internet for a replacement I saw shop first were the only place to have any available. I placed the order and it arrived promptly!

An excellent shopping experience

Ordered a watch for my son's birthday. The price was excellent, considerably less than on other sites I'd looked at, so as it's not a company I was familiar with I checked reviews and was satisfied it was legitimate. The watch came within the week - impressive considering it was literally a few days after Christmas - beautifully packaged, with all paperwork and certificates of authenticity. The watch looks fab, I'm sure my son will be delighted. An excellent shopping experience, can wholeheartedly recommend.
