Great boutique, great service
I ordered a lovely dress. I was very pleased with the shop and the service received My dress order arrived the day after it was placed but unfortunately was too big so I returned the dress with ease via the post office and placed another order for a smaller size which again arrived promptly the following day.

Bought a dress from this company via Little Mistress and it didn't suit me, so I returned the item (for which I had to pay to do). I subsequently have had the item returned to me stating that it does not meet the refund requirement despite still having the tags attached, having not been worn or washed, being free from stains and in a re-sellable condition. I have checked the dress and had another person to check the dress independently and there is absolutely no damage what so ever. I will never buy from this company again as in my opinion, they are total con artists.

Your order was returned back to you since it did not meet our returns policy. The dress arrived with visible stains and had a strong smell of body odour and perfume which is not acceptable. We do not accept items back that have been worn.
