I just want to thank you and the campany you working for for the great customer service. I have never experience a customer service like this in my life in South Africa. I 'bought' a toy for a dog advertised…
I 'bought' a toy for a dog advertised through Facebook and after giving my card details, found that I had been signed up to this organisation. They took $US9.99 from my VISA and then another $US74.72 to 'continue my membership'. After some back and forth emails, they have gone quiet, stating that I never placed any orders. I have asked my bank to reverse the charges.
