Scam! Took the money never delivered.

Despite having bought lights in January, and despite having replies from "Lyn" saying the lights were coming soon, there is still nothing to show for my money 3 months later. Do not be taken in - this is a scam!

Like all the other reviews, I can confirm that this company are absolute rogues. I paid my money and 15 months later they will not refund and are saying the products are in transit. Just a very successful scam. Avoid avoid avoid

Purchased through social media offer buy one get one free. Payment taken very efficiently in November 2023. Months of nothing, several emails responded to by ‘Lyn’ with generic wording every time. Have since been ghosted by ‘Lyn’ after requesting a full refund without the pitiful apology for the delay in shipping of product.
Absolutely disgusting that this kind of advertising is allowed for companies who are clearly fraudulent.
I have requested a full refund four times and reported to my bank, still nothing.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Report them for fraudulent advertising if you know how. I wish I did.

I too was swindled by this company. They took my £63 for lights I ordered in January 2024. Like many of you I had the e mails from “Lyn” (probably fake) promising that I would receive my lights over several months and received nothing. I’ve learnt a valuable lesson, to do my research on any company I buy from over the internet in future.

Like others on here I've been ripped off after ordering lights through a social media post on 3 January 2024. I should have checked! Had some very nice emails from 'Lyn' initially assuring me that the product would be despatched. Once I asked for a refund instead she went quiet on me.

I have ordered a light last july, despite email assurances even though i have been charged the light hs still not arrived.Appalling customer services and complete dishonesty as it had promised a quick dispatch

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered!!!! Big mistake😡, money gone, no delivery, respond to emails with reassurances, will not refund!

I got one light instead of 2, they answered my first 2 emails that they send me the second but it never arrived and since months there is no answer from them. They ghosted me.

Total scam- DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Order paid for and nothing ever received. Two emails responded to promising order was coming but then nothing. No address or any other contact info on the website. This kind of thing should not be allowed.

I ordered from Glowall via Instagram, buying one and receiving another free as part of their offer……needless to say, I only received one light…..and have been scammed like everyone else….Why Instagram won’t take these fake companies off their site is unbelievable….they have a responsibility in playing their part in advertising a companies that scam people !

THIS IS A FAKE COMPANY - THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!! My wife ordered late november 2023 and we never received the items ordered!

I’d give this company zero starts if given the opportunity to do so. I placed an order August 2023 and still no lights. The email address given in their site are also fraudulent. SCAM SCAM SCAM, do not purchase from the company. Thank goodness my credit card company is reimbursing me.
