the item i ordered arrived as pictured…

the item i ordered arrived as pictured but "deliver to" address was different from the billing address. they send the item to the billing address It was necessary to then pay to have the item delivered to the correct address delaying the product arrival.

It seems that the height of the front…

It seems that the height of the front of the cushion made the height too high for this young lady and the thickness of the pommel was too much!

Reasonable prices

The website was easy to manage, good selection and I was so happy that my 12-year-old mattress could be replaced. I loved that there was free shipping and no tax. The price was quite reasonable. To go to a medical supply company, which I tried first, was SO expensive. The price of their mattress was as expensive as buying the WHOLE bed, plus shipping and mattress removal. So I am very happy with my purchase.

Very long time to ship or respond to anything

It took them a very long time to ship out just a few small things. Customer service took forever to reply, kept telling me they were waiting to hear back from their warehouse... for days on end. Will never order from them again.

Excellent service

Excellent service. I used PO Box for delivery. They contacted me by phone and text to say they can't ship to PO Box. I really appreciate how quickly they acted so I could get my product.
