Ordered an item from this company on…

Ordered an item from this company on the 5th December 2019,still have not received it 16 days later, they charge me £5 for postage, to which I thought was for a quick delivery, it turns out, I was told, that it could take 12 to 18 days for delivery... Its obvious the item is not based in the UK, which was conveniently omitted from the ShopIB website...if you have 12 to 18 days to wait for your order, then I would not bother using this company....!
