If I could give this company no stars I…
If I could give this company no stars I would. They are awful. The product was okay but it took 3 weeks to arrive. Then when it was too small (slippers), there was no paperwork in the bag. I emailed for returns options - they said:
Return for 100%refund
Keep them and get 20% refund or pay £18.80 for new ones. I assumed this was a typo as delivery had been charged at £4.80
So I opted to return, recorded delivery, to the return address on the parcel.
I was then told I’d get no refund as the REAL return address is in China. This as NOT mentioned at all in the returns information I requested.
Absolute disgrace and a con to maximise loss to the customer and gain to the company.
Will never purchase from them again and will set about writing this on any social media feed I can find.
Don’t waste your money with these sham artists.

Terrible company
Same as other reviews. Slippers didn't fit and they expect you to post to China with no mention of refunding postage as well. Total scam this company who mislead you into thinking its uk. Do not order anything from them.

I saw a pop up advert for the "Cloud"…
I saw a pop up advert for the "Cloud" slippers, ordered on 30th Oct 23, arrived on 20th Nov. 23.
The company informed me throughout customs delivery etc,. I would say their organisation is excellent. I received my slippers and have them on at every opportunity, the quality is just as the advert said. I have no negatives about the company or product, although, I didnt need to contact them, as my product was what I ordered.

Awfull!
Absolutely agree with previous review! Also sent me wrong size 38-39 and I ordered 6.5UK which is 39. They are really small! And they want me to send it back to China! You'll find the same products from China on the market at half price! Don't buy from them, save your time and money.

Wouldn't give this any stars. Customer service rubbish. I spent £40 on slippers, sent me wrong size 40-41 I ordered 42-43 nothing but rubbish back and they want me to send it back to China, I don't think so, other customer it cost £20! Absolutely dreadful company, not getting anywhere! Stay away !!! I thought fb vetted these companies, obviously not!
