was concerned shopiosx was a scam when I first came upon their website but after reading some positive reviews I decided to give it a try. The 40% off coupon they originally offered me was not redeemable on my order since it was under $100. They cancelled my order from Mercari so I reordered through them. I was charged surcharges for taxes, services fees and a $5.99 authenticity fee. I ended up paying $150 more then I planned on spending, instead of the billing department honoring their Cheap prices and trying to make me happy as a customer they basically told me since the item was on sale I was lucky I got what I paid for. Crappy customer service

I've been a customer of Shopiosx for the past 5 years and overall I've had a great experience. The products are always top-notch and the prices are usually quite reasonable. Recently, however, I noticed that the shipping prices have increased significantly which is a bit of a bummer. Additionally, the customer service can sometimes be slow to respond which can be frustrating.

Shipping is expensive, they also charge local sales tax at checkout for out of state customers. I had to pay an extra $75 just to have my phone overnighted.The iPhone 13 both giveth and taketh what the iPhone 12 gave it to work with. Yes the battery, camera, and storage is way better. That much is true. But the build quality? It's hit and miss. Reception Is meh but that could be the SIM card. I've had budget android phones that get full LTE reception where my 13 will have one bar. But again that could just be my SIM card on it's way out. Something about certain aspects of the phone feel much cheaper than bits of it's predecessor. For example the rear glass. Yes it's supposedly the same ceramic shield from the 12 but I've found it scratches much easier for no real reason. Another example is the speaker grille in the front notch. It looks alot cheaper and sounds that way too than the one in the 12. Pretty tinny and just rattley sounding. It's not a horrible phone. It's the first iPhone I've felt like I can get android style utility from. But the questionable build quality changes over the previous generation just stifle it for no reason. That's not to say the phone is entirely built out of meh. For example the camera lenses and the bump are much bigger on the new 13. I work as a mechanic and subjected my old 12 to the same rigors. The 12 took it like a champ aside from very light camera lenses scratching. I've subjected the 13 to much more stress and it just shrugs it off aside from the seemingly unexplainable rear glass scratches. I haven't dropped it like my 12 yet so theres always that. But if it's anything like the 12 it'll take a few hip height falls onto concrete with no issue. I'd be so bold as to call this the "sweet spot" for the whole iPhone lineage. good focus on where it matters. Very few compromises.

Recently brought an oculus from them and the games aren’t in the menu. oduct needs smartphone and lot of training to start. Comes with almost no games and games are hard to locate in the menu. It’s like always shows the store but where are the games. Hidden in apps. Then download. What games you own should be easy to find. Not intuitive. Fun but you will have messed up vision after playing for a while. The only good thing about this store is the fast local delivery service which comes within a hour.

I recently placed an order at Shopiosx.com and was extremely disappointed with their customer service. I found them on Mercari and placed an order through there, but they cancelled it without any explanation. On top of that, their shipping on their website is way more expensive than other sites and the sales tax is too high for my liking. All in all, it was a bad experience which I won't be repeating any time soon.

Overall these prices aren’t worth it. It’s affordable but shipping is expensive and free shipping takes forever. I was concerned it was a scam but I reached out and finally decided to place an order through PayPal, ended up paying an extra $70 in surcharges. Very disappointed and I won’t Be buying again.

My son had begged me for months, we kept seeing it on TikTok.
If I could have rated this a ZERO, I would have. Ok. So, I do not make a big deal about a lot of stuff, but if you are thinking of purchasing an Oculus VR set, DO NOT. We purchased one for my son and they required that he have a Facebook account to access his games. As of a couple of days ago, they deleted his account for no reason and they are saying he has to re-purchase all of his VR games. Oh, and let's talk about how you can not contact Oculus OR Facebook to talk to someone about it.. and all of their "online support" sends you in circles. This is a SCAM and a rip-off. Save yourself the headache and purchase something else. We will never buy another product that requires Facebook to be in charge of the account EVER again. Pass this along if you have friends thinking of buying

My favorite store of all time! My kids and my Christmas was made and they made sure to deliver all of our gifts on CHRISTMAS with local delivery! I tipped the delivery driver an extra $50. My kids loved their Nintendos and the iPhone I brought from them has been working great. Highly recommended.

I was looking for a Nintendo Switch OLED and found out shopiosx through Mercari. When I placed the order, they canceled my order without even telling me why they did it. I wasn't sure if it was their mistake or not because my friend also had this problem but later on I checked Mercari website and it turns out that Shopiosx doesn’t accept orders through Mercari so I have to wait for that to be refunded through Mercari and reorder through shopiosx.com very annoying

I pleaded with the agent on the phone and she still didn’t do anything but said she was sorry and offered me a store credit

I found Shopiosx.com on Mercari and made a purchase for an Oculus Quest 2. It gave me motion sickness. I have to return it by mail but they only offered $15 credit which is barely enough to cover the shipping cost!
Very upset. I should have read some more reviews regarding the product because there are a bunch of complaints regarding motion sickness even from other sellers like Walmart and best buy
Save your money and do not purchase the VR.

Box and device came brand new
My complaint I have is that you have to buy upgrades to make it better when they could have just made it the right way...for example the straps, the battery and most games are expensive

SAN DIEGO SCAMMED ME OUT OF $400 FOR PARKING WHILE I WAS AT SHOPIOSX BECAUSE I PARKED IN AN “UNAUTHORIZED” AREA I CONTACTED CORPORATE AT MENLO PARK AND THEY REFUSE TO REFUND ME, STATING THEY HAVE PARKING INSTRUCTIONS ON MY RECEIPT

now I’m out of $400 extra dollars that I DONT EVEN HAVE!! I’m very devastated about this entire situation and it happened right before Christmas JUST MY LUCK HUH?

I was really excited to get my order from Shopiosx.com, but it took almost two weeks to arrive with free fedex ground shipping. I tried using the oculus quest 2 headset that they sent me and it gave me motion sickness. I will be needing a return or replacement soon.

they're a legit store but the parking situation is horrible. ended up paying an extra $30 to park in an private lot since there's no on the street parking. Aline, the cashier was super rude and unconcerned with my purchase & me, she lazily explained I couldn't use cash & that parking wasn't free.

I talked to someone on the phone and they actually did assist me and helped me get a coupon for the parking costs but the storefront is terrible! corporate in menlo park had to help me

Shipping prices are super high! I had to pay an extra $200 for overnight shipping to BC FROM SAN FRANSISCO? That’s ridiculous.
They claim their rates are real time but that makes no excuse as to why they’re so expensive. Shopiosx needs to do better and offer BETTER shipping discounts.
I asked an agent to provide me with a shipping discount and they told me no. Customer service is rude if you aren’t buying!

I brought a oculus quest 2 256GB on 12/18/2022 with local delivery and it arrived next day at 12/19/2022 early in the morning
It came brand new and with everything in the box. But when I put it on and start playing games I got intensely motion sick. I tried to tough it out but after some thinking I decided to issue a return.
Since shopiosx isn’t in my state I have to mail the oculus back with a free label they sent me. The closest one is 19 hours away from me out of state & they’re currently on break for the holidays. The closest post office is very far from my hometown and I have no other way to perform it other then mail for the return.

BEWARE: Shipping Rates & taxes are astronomically expensive. I placed an order for a 4 pack Nintendo, oculus quest 2, and a iPhone 13 Pro max & it arrived two weeks later. The Nintendo was brand new but the graphics are lacking, felt dated and the overall build is cheap.
The oculus quest 2 is owned by meta so the setup process is aggravating. I don’t even have a Facebook account but I was forced to make one for it
Didn’t realize any of this until it arrived
The only item that was worth the money was the iPhone 13 Pro Max & that’s because it arrived brand new and factory unlocked
