The customer who has posted this review has been blocked by our team from making any future orders by us, due to the death threats and harassment to customer acquisition staff. Their order has been refunded in full and cancelled and their account has been blocked off the main store. The customer had one order totaling $35.98.
This is untrue. All of our items are brand new and authentic, you can see this by going to our “Authenticity” and “Shipping Policy” page, we run sales periodically however most of the items are apart of Wholesale deals. Instagram comments are not deleted by moderators and if you go to our store instagram @shopiosx you will see that the comment section is still open. We have been open for a total of 5 years, and have 10 locations in the US. You will see that mostly all the viewers are verified, and while we ensure customers a positive experience — we have over 85% positive reviews. Also all of our reviews are authentic and posted by customers — Trustpilot has a strong safety & integrity clause, the other reviews from other customers are screened/reviewed before they are even posted on the page.
Your order has been refunded to your original payment method and the billing manager has provided a receipt.
This review does not accurately reflect our business practices at all, and we are a legitimate business with both legal registration and California.

Refund

I have not had the greatest experience. I have been dealing with this issue and have been given the runaround for an entire week now. All I want is a refund. Plain and simple. I am done arguing and going back and forth. I want my money back and then that be the end of it. I have been stressed and worried because you guys have over $400 of my money and it's like pulling teeth to get it back. I have been getting no response from customer service.

I wish I had the same experience as everyone else that's leaving good reviews. I have not received my purchase as promised. I keep getting a million excuses and now I am getting no response at all when asking for my money back.

There is an open dispute claim with my bank over this transaction. I am a reasonable person. If I can get the money back today, I will cancel the claim and move on with my life. I am exhausted from this. Just give me my hard-earned money back!
I will be waiting all day until this is resolved. I want it done today.

I do not want a million phone numbers to call, all of which are disconnected. I do not want an email to contact...I have done so already with no response. I want a live chat representative to answer me or YOU GUYS CALL ME this time instead.

********WHAT IN THE HELL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT??? I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEMS OR RECEIVED MY REFUND. THE REASON THE CHARGES WERE DISPUTED IS BECAUSE I NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEMS NOR THE REFUND AND HAVE BEEN GETTING CONSTANTLY IGNORED. I HAVE THE EMAILS AND SCREENSHOTS TO PROVE IT. I HAVE ALL OF THE EVIDENCE I NEED ON MY END. I HAVE RECEIVED NO GAIN OUT OF THIS. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? I AM THE ONE WHO LOST IN THE END! I CAN ALSO PROVIDE BANK STATEMENTS. I HAVE EVERYTHING I NEED TO PROVE MY CASE. HOW HARD IS IT TO GIVE SOMEONE A REFUND? FOR GOODNESS SAKES!!!****************

UPDATED Response: This customer placed a fraudulent order and disputed the funds back in the middle of the shipment. This customer is a scam artist and in no way does this customers review reflect our actual business practices. Our phone number support line is open 24/7 and our email admin@shopiosx.com is always responsive as well as our live chat option. We have submitted the evidence to her bank for the dispute on our end.
** CUSTOMERS OFTEN DISPUTE CHARGES TO GET MONEY BACK ON ALREADY RECEIVED ORDERS/MERCHANDISE for monetary gain.

I was so excited to order an oculus…

I was so excited to order an oculus quest 2 from Shopiosx but their shipping costs are just too high. It does have great customer service and I think the product is worth it, but when you add on $25 for shipping, I might as well just get it in store. The price point is also higher than competitors which isn't ideal.
Shopiosx has the best customer service I have ever dealt with. They are always so helpful and they never make me feel like my questions are silly. The shipping costs were a bit high, but it was worth it because I got my product in just a few days. The oculus quest 2 is a great product, but it's not for everyone.

International shipping is SUPER…

International shipping is SUPER expensive but overall worth it. If you’re shopping international don’t expect your package to arrive in a few days. It’s about 2-3 weeks. Other then that I’m very greatful this store…

Still not updated

Update the website the tracking page is not working when I click on it says 404 Page not found. I made 2 orders and Robert said it will take 2 weeks for my shipping option I made. I still didn't receive my tracking numbers. And on my account page I don't see my orders, I need them resynced.

I am a reseller myself and Shopiosx has the best prices and customer service. I just bought a PlayStation for $299, which is about $400 less than anywhere else. I also bought a free iPhone 8 for my girlfriend as an anniversary present. The delivery was super-fast and everything came in perfect condition! The value you get from them is hard to find for the prices, if you go to any of the other stores like eBay and Amazon you’re stuck paying hundreds more and you’re taking a risk at questionable quality. The products Shopiosx has are always new, and their team always assists me whenever I need it.

This store is so reliable and affordable, I purchased a bunch of gifts for my family around Christmas and it was less then $1,000. My only complaint is free shipping could be faster but it was expected during the holiday season. Manny, Jessica and Lisa are all great customer service agents

A business made up of liars and thieves

February 9th I had made an order for a PlayStation 5 that never arrived. When I had bought it the longest I would have to wait was at least a week. Fast forward to 36 days later! And there's still no sign of my package. Originally I had chalked it up to "that's what I get for going with free delivery", but after an entire month without any word from shopiosx or USPS(the postal service I had selected), I am fully content on accepting the fact that I was scammed and the only reason I'm not demanding a refund is because it was only $40.

Screw this businesss! Screw the user that pointed me to the site, screw the automated bot that respond to bad reviews with bogus answers as to where everyone's stuff is, and screw the other bots giving 4 and 5 star review to artificially inflate their positive numbers! I hope you get raided by the IRS!

The responses on here are sent from a real time representative from the Customer Service Team. We do not have any bot automated responses aside from the chatbot that takes your contact information initially on the website and then you’re transferred to a live agent.

If you want to read a good review from a recent buyer I suggest you read mine;
I just received an Email from SHOPIOSX asking me to review my recent experience with them. First off, their customer service is unmatched, some good employees to mention are Jessica, Lisa and Manny. They were all responsive and helpful with my order. I’ve probably spent $1100+ in the last 2 months at this store. I’m currently reviewing my Skytech Blaze 2.0 Gaming PC from them, it’s the oldest item I’ve gotten from them
It's been 5 months now and this pc is still running strong. I've put tons of hours of gaming onto it already and haven't noticed any drops in performance. I have raised my review from 4 to 5 stars as it has met all of my expectations and even exceeded several.
I dust it out once a week with the CompuCleaner 2.0 (which I highly recommend if you don't have one)

Games I have played extensively and for several hours at a time on this machine at MAX settings:
Call of Duty: MW
Assassin's Creed: Odyssey
Path of Exile
Planetside 2
Grim Dawn
Elite Dangerous
Star Citizen - This game has one area that is ridiculously graphic intense. It's the only time this pc has shown any strain through all the games i've played on it. It's during a train ride through a very detailed city. It stutters at a certain point in the ride for about 5-10 seconds and then returns to normal. This is at MAX settings. if I turn the settings down a bit it does not have this issue.
Other then that everything is great & I highly recommend this store.

I placed an order on Feb 17th. I check the status and it says "processing". I have contacted via Chat and NO ONE answered. I have Sent emails as well to the address listed on your website. Never heard from anyone. I want to know when I'll get the technology that I ordered almost a month ago.

Just received my delivery

Just received my delivery! Love my purchase. I spent $210 and got free shipping. Free shipping is handled by USPS so it didn’t come as fast as my previous order for my Ledger Nano S with fedex.
The pricing is great and they have a lot of great deals online to take advantage of.
