This website is a SCAM -- BE WARNED!

My order was never received. When approaching the shop, after a short while they stopped answering me. When calling their "hotline" you hear a message saying the number isn’t connected.

In their reply below, they wrongly claim the package is in my city, whereas their link shows it returned to Iran. When speaking to them (when they still replied) they even sent me a picture of a package from Austria, claiming it's mine and I didn't pick it up.

If I had the slightest doubt, now I'm 100% sure this site is a complete scam. If you have any doubts, just search whether 17track.net is a legit website.

Received an item that did not work . Seller telling me he is sure it did. Used every excuse , faulty adapter , faulty rice cooker . Even suggesting I plug the unit that powers a high powered appliance, such as a conventional oven .. no way . Explained Light came on but element is faulty .. I expected better .. so paid and now have an item that is not fit for purpose . Been told to try a socket that powers an oven ! A rice cooker ..! Really ? They must think people are stupid.. My card company will be dealing with this . Despite asking for relevant contact refuse to give details .. sent a snapshot off another website .! Payment made not even to the said website , Happy to send all documents for everyone to see . Pick and choose their terms as they see fit , after you,report an issue with the product . absolutely shameful .! Answers given so contradictory . You should abide by rules to countries you ship and know about the laws in that country . You clearly did not .. stating you have a store to return items in uk .. what utter nonsense .. you applied from the beginning I was lying . Allegedly checking every item you send. Absolute utter nonsense. I would urge you all to be extremely cautious and stay well away from this company . I begrudge rating one star .. you should not be trading online , as you are not transparent .. absolute disgrace .

The products are great quality. Shipping was really fast despite their terms stating that kt takes 4-8 weeks - it took within 4 weeks to ship across the world to us and the seller was easy to communicate with and gave timely updates. I would definitely shop here again. Great experience.

Ordered a Bath Mitt over five weeks ago but never received it. Despite emailing, calling, and messaging the company, I've received no response. Potential customers, be aware!

I ordered a rice cooker from this company. The item arrived in Europe earlier than expected.
The rice cooker was well-packaged and was an original Pars Khazar.
There has been good communication from the order to the delivery, and the service was good and professional.
I recommend this company and will order from them again.

I was a little concerned ordering a book to be delivered to UK, but the service was excellent with very professional yet friendly communication.
The packaging was super good with my book arriving in perfect condition.

The chador I ordered is very difficult to find in Canada. I needed this for long prayers. The only place I found it at is ShopiPersia. The order takes quite some time to arrive so please plan ahead if you want it for a special occasion. The quality of the chador is very good, it’s well crafted and very comfortable.

Chinese director Lou Ye has collaborated with foreign composers many times, and different cultural backgrounds are integrated in the image of contemporary China. Two of the most impressive ones, “Spring Fever”" and "Summer Palace", come from the distant Iranian composer Peyman Yazdanian. Both scores were never released separately, but are included in Peyman's album "Echoes From Distant Lands". Because this CD was released in Iran and is out of print, most movie fans in China have no chance of owning it.
But I'm the lucky one. I accidentally learned that ShopiPersia.com still seems to be selling this CD. I bought three and wasn't sure if they would actually be shipped since it was also my first time shopping from Iran. I sent an email and Saeed from the ShopiPersia team responded quickly. After several email conversations, he found this out-of-print CD. I'm very satisfied, though there is only one copy. One month later I received it in perfect condition. Thank you very much ShopiPersia for your service and I hope if you find more copies in the future please contact me!

I ordered from them once. They immediately contacted me and sent my package. The package was lost en route, but there is nothing ShopiPersia can do about that. They tried to figure it out as best they could and were involved until the end. I finally received my package and it was stuck in customs.

I just wanted to order another book but it could not be found on their website. I contacted them and they put the book in Farsi on the website within 1.5 hours. This is really good service.

To ship a $40 item weighing a few pounds from Iran to the USA, I was quoted 165 euros. I asked THREE separate times for the itemized invoice and/or cost breakdown and they were unable to provide it. After the third time, they said they would give it to me after my purchase. I believe that would qualify as a receipt; not an invoice. They said to ship the item to Europe would be 120 euros but to the USA it would add 45 euros because it needed to go through Dubai. It is suspicious that these are perfectly round numbers and the fact that they were unable to provide a cost breakdown to me is a heavy signal that they are using arbitrary numbers and charging whatever they want. I don't know if this is a legitimate service as I obviously am not paying $180 USD for a $40 item and didn't go through with the transaction, but the process is certainly illegitimate and lacks transparency. Stay away at all costs unless they improve transparency.

I recently purchased a stunning Persian rug from Shopipersia and I couldn't be happier. The rug is even more beautiful in person than it was in the photos, and the quality is outstanding.
