Terrible terrible

Terrible terrible. Do not order from here. Ordered birthday outfit, high price so expected high quality and it was very very poor service. Didn’t even receive my parcel and the tracking service was 0 star. If I could give 0 I would have. Contacted customer service with my issue, paying for a product and not receiving it and they did not care or offer a refund or replacement. No regard for customers and fake reviews on their website. Don’t shop here, go somewhere reliable.

Scammers

This company ships from China. The prices are very high so you think you’re getting something good quality and when it arrives it’s worse than shein quality. Outrageous! I started a return for all 3 items in my order and the company informed me I had to cover shipping costs to China which came out to be £30 on top of my £90 order. After a month passed and I got no refund I realised I had got scammed. I keep emailing the company who are telling me they are still processing my return but they are lying as it’s Been 2 months since I returned my order. Even PayPal can’t help me. Avoid !!!
