Jam garden has rebranded as “SoftJamStudio”, you can tell by checking their highlight reels on the instagram account of the same name, where older reels have the link to their old website that got taken down, so the link no longer works.

The quality of the shoes I got matched perfectly with the ones in the picture. I was quite worried about the reviews, but the shipping wasn't that long, I ordered them on the 27th March and it only took 2 weeks.

Total scam, do not buy from here. I bought a cute dress, I finally received it and I was appalled from how horrible it looked. It looked nothing like the picture listed, it was cheaply made and the material was horrendous. I've sent emails to no luck of response, extremely disappointed. No reason to spend $80 on something here, when you can get something at walmart or amazon for better quality clothing.

i ordered a beautiful dress from there which was around $160. a month later they sent me a dress that was $59 and was not the dress i asked for. i emailed them multiple times and then they replied back a few days later saying they didn’t have the dress and that they’d send me a different one or refund it. this is very unprofessional. they should’ve emailed me ahead of time about the dress instead of sending me a random dress.

SCAM!!! Do not order

Where are my shoes? How much longer does it take to have it go through the process before shipment? I ordered 3 weeks ago. More specifically, Dec 13, 2024.

They say they respond 24 hours within a email and I email them on Thursday, it’s Saturday, no response. Those were 60 dollars.

Months ago I’ve bought a pair of boots, they arrived on time and I was happy for the quality. So I decided to order another pair of shoes but now I’m realising I made a big mistake by trusting my last experience.
The package arrived incredibly late, I opened it and I found completely different shoes, they weren’t even my size! It’s been days that I’m contacting them but no answers.
Stay away.

Do not order from these people. First off- it takes them up to 14 business days to even get your order together, box it up and send it out the door. Then they use the slowest, cheapest, who knows where the package goes or if it will ever make it to you house. I ordered some items for my daughter and it 10wks to arrive. Then when it did arrive, only half of what I purchased was in the box. I’ve reached out to them 3 x’s with absolutely zero response from them. The 2 tops my daughter did receive… she loved them but there are much better companies out there that sell the style. I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying from Jam Garden.

Shouldve read the reviews before hand, but I mistakenly mixed up Shop Jam Garden (scammy) with Sanrense (legit) and trusted my order would come through. I never got an order confirmation to my email (it’s been two weeks now), there’s not an actual way to contact them by email, only by using the contact us box on the site which I never got a reply to, and I probably wont be getting my $66 back.

Placed an order a month ago, and the shipping details said it would take about two weeks. Sent an email two days ago and received no reply. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Expensive and for nothing.

I ordered two tops from them in September. I tried contacting them about the tops, if there were any updates or delays that had happened since I hadn't received any information/notifications of the whereabouts of my package in the Shop app. I was pretty much desperately contacting them. They contacted twice but no reply back when I gave them information about the package. Not until October, I get a notification from the Shop app, that it was delivered to a different state, a part of Hawaii. I was doubting myself that I had applied the shipping address wrong but no, everything was correct. I would not recommend spending here, it is a 90% chance there will be an error. Disappointed and still no communication whatsoever. Comeback if there are any updates!

SCAM. A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!

I ordered from this website about $200 worth of things and I have received my package but the skirt I ordered is wrong and I never received my $80 shoes that I had been so excited to get. I have contacted the company a bunch of times by emailing and no one has gotten back to me. I can't believe this.

Terrible! I ordered a Princess dress for my 16th birthday a month ago. No status updates, No responding emails, nothing !!! Tried to send an email cancelling the order, and no response! Very disheartened. Scam website. Do not buy!!!

I’m so upset!! They scammed me!!!!!! I can’t believe they took my money, no communication, nothing shipped…. They refuse to messaged me about my order or refund. I purchased over $280 dollar stuff… I wish I googled them before all of this happened!

Please do NOT BUY anything from this website.
You will not receive what they advertise on their website, you will get completely something else ( I received a toddler blouse) and when you contact them for a resolution, refund they come back offering 30% of the total value of your order which of course you will never going to get.
