Rated 3 out of 5 stars

cute items, 1 wonky stone, bad customer service

I received my Jeanne's Jewels order a day ago. 24 days since I placed my order and 20 Days since it was supposedly delivered. I actually really like the items I bought, but I can’t get myself to give it 5 stars just because of my experience with the lack of customer service.

The necklace and rings are super cute and I wish I could say better things about my experience because I do really love most of my pieces. I haven’t worn them out yet so I can’t speak to the plating quality. One of my rings did have a wonky setting, though. Unlike as pictured on their website, my baguette stone isn't set straight and is visibly tilted from the plane of the ring.

The delivery issue may or may not have been their fault, however, since my delivery notification and non-receipt of my order, I have attempted to contact them more than 4 times about the issue via emails, facebook, instagram and the web contact page. I received no response. I would have appreciated any response, even if it was a ‘sorry, we can’t help.’ Even USPS was more responsive. My roommate, who placed an order a little before I did, had the same experience with the extremely late delivery and lack of customer service response.

I would probably give Jeanne’s Jewels another shot, because I like their designs and packaging, and just hope that this delivery / customer service issue is a rare occurrence. However, I am hesitant to recommend this shop to other potential customers until I’ve witnessed a better customer experience.

One other thing that concerns me is that I did try to write a review on their website but I still haven't seen it published, and almost all of the reviews on their website are 5-stars... So I'm not sure if they are filtering their reviews.
