Karl’s Bait & Tackle has amazing customer service. I had a few issues with my past orders and they were assessed and taken care of in a timely manner. The customer service representatives I dealt with were efficient, kind, caring and compassionate. They went above and beyond. Karl’s also has the best prices for lures I’ve seen compared to any other online tackle shop. I have already recommended Karl’s to all my friends and family and I’m sure they are enjoying it as much as I am! Thank you Karl’s Bait and Tackle for all that you do.

Great service. Decent prices. I love the tips and tricks that come along with each mystery tackle box I get. However, their replacement requirement to know which box what came in is crazy. I have been getting these boxes for 2years or more. Keeping track of each item as inventory, date received, name etc is a bit much for tackle. They should know which box it was sent in. Or have a way for customers to look on the site at a detailed purchase history. But why make it easier on the customer right?

This site is awesome and amazing I just started out with my YouTube channel and since joining karls I've saved so much money on rods reels and bait that I wouldn't have gotten for as cheap anywhere else...I'm very much hoping that my channel can get up there with subscribers and views so that one day I'll be able to happily scream how awesome e this site is for fishermen

This membership will definitely pay for itself quickly. Let's say average shipping fees would be around $15, it pays for itself in just over 3 purchases. Mine pretty much paid off before my trial was over. The opportunity to earn credit on certain items is also nice, I earned $18 on a $100 fishing pole! The information and tips you can access is super helpful for learning new rigs or even improving the ones already use. And although I haven't had to submit a claim yet, the tackle insurance if you loose a lure is just another great thing about this membership. The one thing I was disappointed about was still having to pay for shipping on rods, I'll avoid purchasing rods here in the future for this reason. But overall it is still a great membership and a must have for anglers of all levels.

Love how easy it is to order from and the pricing is second to none...as a Canadian I love the free shipping, it saves me lots of money. The selection of baits and lures are just mind blowing. If you have any questions they will get back to you in a timely matter. The resources in the blog section always worth the read. If you are not already shopping here then you need to. This site is almost like your local bait shop.

Karl’s Club and Karl’s bait and tackle are by far the greatest most efficient way to buy and order all your fishing needs. They are the bomb dot com. I’m not BS’ing. Karl’s b&t take super care of their customers. I know they take damn good care of me and I’m no one more important than the next person so I know all are treated equally and that is awesome way to go! On a 1~10 scale rating I give an 11. If your not a member holy cow are you missing out.

Hands down the BEST online tackle store EVER. Karl's Bait & Tackle set the bar when it comes to deals and receiving you're bait Pronto. And the Karl's Club Membership will save you a ton of money on bait and tackle. This is one membership where you DEFINITELY get you're money's worth. As long as there is a membership I'll be a member.

What a great company to have around, I broke my rod and all they had me do is send them 2 pictures and tell them what happened an boom they said they would send me a new rod. Not only is their customer service awesome an hassle free, they got great prices on all fishing tackle an more when you have the subscription and it’s so worth it, I’ve save so much money with the subscription it’s unbelievable. Overall I love the Karl's experience. The mystery tackle box is always fun. Every month I get a bunch of new lures to try. It helps be to learn new techniques for different types of lures. They have great member prices and their customer service is beyond compare.

Prices are great, but nothing is ever in stock, shipping is ridiculous and who ever is in charge of inventory is idiotic , I’ve order 3x from here and every time I’ve had to talk to customer service because there’s an issue with my package, 1st time being items out of stock so I waited two weeks to find out that it’s just not coming no one reached out to me or anything, if I didn’t reach out I wouldn’t of got a refund , 2nd time the package was just somehow lost for a month and finally showed up 8 weeks later with half the items and a refund of the missing ones and now the 3rd time half the items weren’t in stock again so I wait another 8 weeks to get half the items in my package and a store credit , this place is a gong show

one of my favorite things about Karl's is the early access of new tackle, I check once a day and when something new comes out I grab what I can because now a days if you wait or if you are not a member and have to wait chances are you will loose out, new baits in your best colors go FAST and being a member helps insure that you will be able to get what you need for the water!!
