I purchased a Googan Fishing Rod for my boyfriend last year and not even half way into the season it broke. So he reached out to the googan squad company and they wouldn’t help him. He was so pretty upset but I remembered that I purchased it from Karl’s and reached out to see if they could help. I was pleasantly surprised that they were willing to help and sent me out a new rod the next day! He was a very happy man. I’m so appreciative for the service I received.

I use the heck out of my gear and sometimes that leads to it breaking down. I was throwing a chatterbait around and noticed that the reel holder on my Googan Reaction Rod was a little loose. Well, I gave it a jiggle and noticed the whole thing had come separated from the rod. It couldn’t hold the reel anymore, the rod was essentially toast. I get home and email Karl’s and within 10 mins a new replacement rod was already in the works. No hassle, no hoops to jump though, just the gang over at Karl’s taking care of and making the situation right again. Caught my PB on the replacement rod the day it came in. Couldn’t have done it without y’all!!

Placed a order and when it didn’t arrive when they said it would. I contacted customer service and within 4 day I had received the replacement order. Then the next day my original order came in. I called they sent me a return shipping label and I sent original order back. Outstanding customer service outstanding shipping. Never had a issue with any other order. They are my go to tackle store. I will buy all my tackle and line from them. Bass, Crappie and Bream are my species of choice and Karl bait and tackle supply’s my tackle.

I wanted to check out there first store front you guys have and it was awesome! Sam(I think) was super cool, very helpful and not pushy at all. You know how when you go into a store and tell some what you want, when they don't have it they try and tell you the"better option"? This wasn't the case, as soon as he found out the reel I wanted want the, he showed me what they had and allowed me to browse without pestering me. I will absolutely go back and let all me fellow pond hoppers know where the new spot is.

My go to fishing needs and wants online store. I place at least one order a month with Karl’s. Being a member pays off in savings. Free shipping and perks. Just can’t beat it!

I had extremely high hopes for this. The prices seem fair and the products seem quality good. All you hear on youtube is how great it's. I dont know if it is just me or what, but every order has been filled with shipping issues and missing items, then the product i order out of stock after trying to get them to start the process for missing stuff for over a week. Then it's like 10 dollar credit will make up for loosing out on over a 100 dollars worth of product and discounts and value 📦. This is on top of still waiting for replacement items that again say are delivered and are not here. I can say I will honestly be making a point not to recommend this to anyone based on shipping issues and customer service.

I’ve placed a few orders over the last few weeks and have not had a problem. No issues with shipping. Got enough to get the surprise bait boxes and they had a good variety. The recent even had extra stuff, unless that was part of the last round for those. Will likely buy from again in the future.
