Truly amazing customer support. My new-ish Kitchen Mama (purchased in January 2025) suddenly quit opening cans. I contacted their support people and within days I had a new one in my hands. Probably the best customer service experience I've had in years.

Amazing customer service along with the…
Amazing customer service along with the great products. I have the automatic can opener which I loved, but after almost a year it had stopped working suddenly. The customer service team still worked with me to get me a replacement even though it had been almost a year! They were very responsive and helpful with questions.

Excellent Customer Service
I have never experienced a company with such excellent customer service as I have experienced with Kitchen Mama. I purchased the hands-free opener and love it so much that I purchased one for my sister and she absolutely loves it as well. After a few months I had a problem with the opener detaching from the can. I contacted Kitchen Mama and they emailed me back immediately. It took me a few days to respond and their representative, Nicca actually emailed again just to let me know that they were checking up and asking if there was anything they could do to help. After troubleshooting, she sent me another opener immediately. She was really good about giving me a tracking number and keeping me posted on the shipping. I was actually super surprised with their customer service. What a great company!

Perfect can opener for people with arthritis in wrist or hands
After being diagnosed with arthritis in my wrists, I discovered this can opener. It’s perfect and requires no wrist strain. I shared a video of it opening a can to my hand therapist so she could show others with wrist issues how easy it can be to open a can without cranking an opener.
Recently, I was having trouble with the can opener releasing the can top when it was finished opening the can, I reached out to the company and they suggested that I try several things to trouble shoot the problem. After doing so, it still didn’t resolve the problem and I was sent a replacement opener. They even followed up to see if I had received the replacement opener. They have excellent customer service and were so prompt in replying to my initial inquiry.

Great Product and Customer Service
I bought the electric can opener for my mom for Mother’s Day. She is a senior with arthritis and is unable to use a crank can opener anymore. This was perfect gift! Unfortunately, when she opened her gift on Mother’s Day is was the incorrect product. I emailed Customer Service on Mother’s Day to let them know. They emailed back that day on Sunday, apologizing for the inconvenience and shipped the correct immediately. Mom received her gift that Friday! They even reached out to confirm the delivery. Excellent Customer service and great product! Highly recommend!! A+++

Never thought I’d be so impressed by a can opener
I really like this can opener for multiple reasons including:
- it can stay tucked away in a drawer
- it doesn’t require any cranking
- it doesn’t leave sharp edges
Unfortunately, mine malfunctioned after about 6 months of use. But the customer care from Kitchen Mama was fabulous! In this day and age it’s rare to have a positive experience when it comes to customer service. The Kitchen Mama crew is the exception! Overall, great product from a quality company. 👍👍

i loved this can opener,
i loved this can opener,. however a year into its use, i enountered some problems and i contacted the customer service. Nicca is one of the representatives and she was extremely helpful and followed up on all my questions and actually to my surprise sent me a replacement unit. I love this can opener! It is so easy to use and no more sharp edges. I even bought some as Christmas gifts!!! Also, the support staff is A- 1. I had a question about when to change the batteries and how to know when and they were so kind and answered my question right away.
