I got 8x less product than I ordered & no response from customer support ordered 180 3000mg soft gel capsules x2 but instead i received 60 2000mg soft gel capsules x2. Took a month to get. Made 4 attepts to contact them via email which it the only option, 1st no reply, second generc reply asked what was wrong which was discussed in email & requested order # & picturesofproduct, third i sent them requested information & 2 weeks no reply, 4th attempt they finally reply send the product back on your own dime & provide tracking # & after received refund will be issued pending approval. I just wanted them to send me what i paid for & have no faith they would issue a refund after spending more time & money to return.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. I made a one time purchase in September and just realized they have been charging me each month since then. I did NOT sign up for a subscription, nor have I received any additional products from them. I am kicking myself for not doing my research--I was desperate to find a possible solution for thinning hair and it seemed that the Pumpkin Seed Oil tablets were a good option to try. I tried to go to their website to cancel but the entire site is down and I cannot find any direct contact info for them online. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

The package said it was delivered to my mailbox. There was a package that contained a cheap watch and that was it. Total SCAM!!

I’m an assistant to a doctor that orders a lot of things online that I have to cancel. This company has made it nearly impossible to cancel and then they send products with a different name on the package so you can’t refuse the package.
So yeah, it feels like a scam

Don't buy anything from this scam company. They will take your money and not supply the goods. This is yet another Chinese company pretending to be American.

DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They have this many bad reviews for a reason. I have been trying to cancel this order for 6 weeks now AND STILL they are charging me and sending this terrible product. Can’t get a response from them no matter what I do. I’ve sent emails and tried their website. Nothing works.
I’ve researched this product and found it to be more detrimental than anything.

STAY AWAY, just another shitty product that the company has to sign you up behind your back for auto shipments in order for move their garbage, whe. you try to cancel they will string you around and send you the exact same 30% off email over and over again until they can get one more shipment in the mail to you then say oh sorry it’s already in the mail, well if you would have canceled it when I asked a week ago it wouldn’t have been.

Their cancel subscription is a farce and it won’t let you cancel and they send a patent answer every time and they are just scammers. Don’t order their product it is b/s

SCAM DONT TRUST. I seem to be different to everyone else. I’ve received numerous packs of this product and been charged £100’s for them. I never sign up to subscription but that’s what’s happened. Very sceptical what these pills are. And has anyone seen the disclaimer that it doesn’t cure anything. It been recently added. When oh when are these damned Chinese companies going to be stopped from games advertising

If anyone paid via PayPal and they are taking auto payments you can stop this Avis PayPal site. Also if you’ve used PayPal and not received the products you can claim your money back via PayPal. It takes a while but it does work

I could write my review but ill save you the time. Everything you read in the reviews above from shipments to the auto ship is true. There is no customer service, stay away from ordering anything from them. They need to be reported to the FTC

LENORIA PUMPKIN SEED OIL IS A SCAM COMPANY. I ordered ONE package and DID NOT ASK TO SIGN UP. I wanted to try before I subscribed. The product was promoted as AMERICAN MADE....thats a TOTAL LIE...ships from CHINA and who knows what is in it? THE WORST PART IS THERE IS NO WAY TO UNSUBSCRIBE ONLINE! ABSOLUTELY NO WAY! Their own instructions directed you to online management of subscription OR contact Customer Support. I have tried both options repeatedly and they send the same lame message to click the link and manage cancellation on line. I do that and there is NO WAY TO UNSUBSCRIBE. Now I will be forced to cancel my card and contact all vendors I work with AGAIN! I am so disgusted!

Awful. Didn’t realise I had signed up for a subscription. I personally hadn’t clicked on anything to say I wanted that. They have taken money out of my account and sending tablets over to the uk which I don’t even want. I won’t get a refund, Customer service is terrible just ignore or say the most unhelpful thing. Stay away!

I placed an order ($60)August 17th in “transit” Aug 19th. Now September 12 NOTHING! Wrote to support twice told “in transit” ! Is it being walked to me? The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!

UPDATE: Auto shipped another order! Can only get refunds if you return the product that NEVER arrived! SCAM. DO NOT BUY!

Wish I could give this company a zero rating This site is a scam! Ordered in June, did not receive my parcel, was offered a 50% refund which I refused. Asked for a replacement which is allegedly still on its way. They just string you along till you give up. They should be reported to the authorities!

I'd give them zero if I could. They created a subscription without me knowing and charged me a second time. I have been trying to request a refund for a long time and their replies are an absolute joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered on 6/29/25, received 7/19/25 with $7.85 due for ‘confirmed fraudulent postage’. So much for free shipping! They put me thru hoops to get the product returned and to get my refund. Finally got the refund 8/16. Still waiting to be reimbursed for the postage due. Also, did not know this was a subscription but was able to cancel before any other product shipped. Since I returned the product, I don’t know if it works or not. But I will never order from this fraudulent company again. They are a joke!

I have ordered 2 times and have received all of my orders. It does take time to receive it because it’s coming from overseas. I have been taking it for 2 months now and I have noticed a change in my hair. It’s not as thin . And I have regrowth too and I wasn’t even taking the recommended amount either. So yes I will continue to take them .

This company is a scam. I ordered pumpkin seeds and two hours later tried to cancel, after I realized that it would not counteract well with a medication. They insisted on sending it to me (took almost 2 weeks to get to me) anyway and said I could return it then. When I did, they refused to pay for shipping, they refunded a portion but not all. What I didn't know is they automatically sign you up for a subscription and now, after all this, they just charged me again for another order! Do NOT order from them. They are a complete scam.
