Avoid Don't Waste your Money
As mentioned in previous reviews the quality of the clothes are very poor, nothing like the clothes that are advertised on the website. The returns policy is a partial refund of 20% or size exchange-both options allowing you to keep the clothes. A bad sign because they know themselves it is falsely advertised. Difficult to come to an agreement about receiving a full refund. They stated it was due to the "lighting used in their phorography" that the colour of the dress was different. I should have known better, it popped up for me as an Instragram add and I was lured in. Any good reviews online are definately fakes. I had to follow up with my order as I did not receive a confirmation email-should have been my first red flag. There website has clothes/model photos that I have seen from other websites. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I should have known better
I should have known better, but don't buy from this company. There is no refund policy in place, you have to email someone. Options are to keep thr dress and 20% refund or i can keep the dress and purchase another item. Most probably happy to keep the dress quality wise most probably cost £1 to make but charged £40. Any good reviews are fake.

Really disappointed with this company
Really disappointed with this company! Ordered the dress - they choose to use a cheap and nasty courier who lost the package and they have no interest in refunding my money or offering a replacement (and we all know they make enough in the mark-ups that a replacement wouldn’t effect them at all!). Responses from them are sporadic with days in between if you get a response at all! Just seem interested in getting your money with no care of post-sales service. I wouldn’t risk your money!!

scammers as others have said, they are actually advertising a designer dress as their own on the website and have plagiarised the images, name and description of the dress. I have reported them to various channels and am trying to get a refund but as others have said they are trying to avoid it.

Poor quality and bad customer service
I’ve recently bought an item, which lasted less than a day before it started to tear apart. I notified the company and was met with a quite rude customer service, which told me, that I wasn’t able to return the item, because I ruined it, although the tear was due to the incredibly low quality of the item.
The item also looked far from the photos on their website.
I would recommend finding somewhere else to shop.
